TILAPIA
Grilled Stuffed Tilapia is like your typical grilled whole fish except that it is stuffed with delicious veggies inside. It is simple, easy-to-cook, delicious, and totally Filipino. I enjoyed having it with a dip of spicy toyomansi (ponzu).

JOSE RIZAL BUST STOLEN DAYS BEFORE IT'S 154th BIRTHDAY IN CHICAGO FIL-AM CENTER
I
n the greater Chicago area, Filipinos are now searching for a bust of Dr. Jose Rizal that was reportedly stolen outside the Filipino Community Center. The Rizal's bust was stolen days before the Philippine National hero's birthday. Some witnesses said that they saw 6 people remove the bust from its pedestal in front of the Rizal Center on Irving Park Road in Chicago. The statue was erected during a Philippine Independence Day celebration in 1998, funded by donations from local members of the Ladies of Rizal and Knights of Rizal groups.
