Contract Quality.
All our products are designed and manufactured to cope with the rigours of a heavy-duty contract environment and to meet the specific and exacting demands of establishments, including student and hostel accommodation.
JAFS provides a comprehensive nationwide delivery and installation service that includes the removal and recycling of your existing mattresses.
We will install your new mattresses into your preferred rooms, removing the packaging and placing them on the beds. We will remove and dispose of your old mattresses at our dedicated recycling centres, ensuring that each mattress is recycled in accordance with current government guidelines.
Mattresses for Universities, Colleges, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are among the most frequently purchased and replaced products.
As we become increasingly aware of the environmental impact we have on
our planet and the ways in which we can adopt more sustainable practices, is it time to consider your mattress replacement program.

Uno Ultra Contract
The Uno Ultra mattress is the one contract sprung mattress you will ever need. Manufactured to the highest specifications and price point, top of the range with everything included with the strongest 12.5 gauge spring unit and 6 x side supports.
The Uno is a superb top of the range quality mattress, originally based on an entry-level hotel quality contract mattress so is also ideal for your students and conference guests.
We’re making contract mattresses more homely and less institutional.

Eaton Contract
The Eaton mattress is a high quality contract sprung mattress. Manufactured to the highest specification and price point, with a 22cm depth, 13.5 gauge spring unit with a full rod edge support, multiple layers of quality wool, polyester and fibre fillings. Handtufted, handles (not on the single), air vents, covered in a hard wearing 100% cotton stripe crib 5 fabric.

Classic Contract Nautilus Classic Contract
The Nautilus mattress comes with a standard 13’5 gauge spring unit with rod edge support. The unique characteristics of the fabric are fantastic and make it ideal for the contract market. This fabric has so many benefits over the old PVC/ Vinyl covered mattresses, which made the person hot, sweaty, sticky and very uncomfortable. This Nautilus fabric, although waterproof, breathes allowing better circulation for the mattress and more importantly the end-user.
The Nautilus is an exceptional water-resistant mattress that’s hypoallergenic, antimicrobial and breathable. The mattress cover is impregnated and multicoated with micro-porous polymers and is flame retardant. These are designed ‘Flat Top’ so are very easy to clean. The fabric is impervious to water-based fluids that will not penetrate, keeping the mattress clean and fresh for the next resident.

Nautilus Plus Contract
The Nautilus Plus mattress, this mattress has extra layers of wool fillings for extra depth and comfort making it 22cm deep, side supports are also added for extra strength.
