This extensive residential renovation project includes a complete overhaul of the basement, kitchen, and the addition of a garage and climatecontrolled sunroom. The basement will feature a clientcentric billiards room with a bar area and gym. The kitchen will be modernized with high-end appliances and smart home technology. A new garage will be constructed alongside a sunroom equipped for year-round use. A wellness area with sauna and steam room will promote relaxation. Lastly, a guest bedroom with en-suite facilities will ensure comfort for visitors. Overall, the project aims to seamlessly blend entertainment, wellness, and modern living with a cohesive design aesthetic.

When faced with challenges like columns in as-built plans, we engage closely with structural engineers to find effective solutions. Moreover, our partnership with lighting and interior consultants ensures the showroom’s ambiance is perfected, illuminating the jewelry displays and creating an inviting space for visitors.

This ongoing project is set to deliver an exclusive amenity lounge, boasting unique features like 1 indoor pickleball court, 2 hunting simulators, and 3 golfing simulators. What sets it apart is the rooftop
expansion, which will host three additional pickleball courts under a shaded pavilion. The primary challenge lies in coordinating the efforts of all 16 consultants involved to ensure the project’s success. Of particular
importance is the collaboration with structural engineers to ensure the rooftop pickleball courts have a solid, flat surface, presenting a significant focal point of the project.

Much like Fountain Place, this project will exude exclusivity and sophistication, catering to nearby Class A office buildings. Alongside luxurious amenities, it will boast a recording studio and podcast room, enhancing its appeal for creativity and collaboration.
However, a significant challenge lies in seamlessly connecting a private garage within the lounge to an elevator for executive access to the top floor. Meticulous planning is essential to ensure smooth transitions while balancing functionality,
security, and aesthetics. Careful consideration of space optimization and structural elements is crucial. Furthermore, sophisticated security measures will be integrated to meet the discerning standards of executive clientele.

For city zoning purposes, we undertook a conceptual project that involved transforming a client’s in-house designer’s sketch into a structure meeting zoning requirements, particularly necessitating the appearance and functionality of two stories. To achieve this, we implemented exterior mezzanines, activating the boulevard space effectively. Employing a blend of Nicha panels, green walls, and stucco, we crafted a visually engaging structure that not only complied with zoning regulations but also added vibrancy to the urban landscape.
