JACKRABBIT FOOTBALL TEAM ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR 2001-02 • 56 per cent of the team earned a 3.0 or better semester grade point average for at least one semester. • 39 per cent of the SDSU football team maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. • 19 per cent maintained a current cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. •29 per cent of the players earned Dean’s List (3.4 GPA or better) during the academic year with seven players achieving a straight A 4.000 GPA for the year.
