3. APEX TOWERS
Located on Kanasis mountains of Alberta, Apex Towers is a study of the most effective way to build a skyscrapers to combat high winds. This is done by creating a parametric tower with the use of grasshopper. Thus, the tower features dyamic twists and atria, as well as responsive metal blades that are altered by the winds’ speed and direction. Above is the buildings’ grasshoppper code.

5. ANOIGMA
Designed as a spiritual centre, at Queen’s Park, Toronto, ANOIGMA prides on bringing people of different spiritual backgrounds together to seek their personal spiritual experience. The project features multiple prayer rooms as well as walkable roofs for group meetings. To highlight the isolation needed to foster spiritual connections, most of this project is underground, in addition to its soundproof walls and thin windows. In doing this the project is simply, an anoigma, (an opening) in the ground.
