This welcome guide shares what you can expect from your Senior portrait session with J. Rose Feidner Photography and provides helpful, important information about the fun experience I offer. Each one of us has a beautifully unique story and I believe that photography offers the chance to capture a small moment of the story, to cherish, relive, and reminisce. Meet Jenny
Hello! I’m Jenny- natural light photographer, wife and mom living in Geneva, NY. I aim to create an environment that is fun and relaxed so that you can be free to be yourself. Everyone is unique, and my hope is to simply capture you! When I’m not behind my camera you’ll find me with my 4 kiddos and my amazing husband! From homeschooling, cycling, hiking, homemade meals, snuggles, lots of crazy and fun messes, I love the adventure of everyday!
Investment Senior Session Fee $200 One hour session. One location. 2 wardrobe changes.
Add-Ons: {Time and/or Wardrobe}

Each Session Includes: Pre-Session consultations in person, over the phone, and/or emails to discuss and customize your session Natural light locations Includes one Digital Image for school yearbook submittal In Person Viewing & Ordering Session. Travel up to 25 miles from Geneva (additional cost for further locations) A non-refundable reservation fee is due to book and confirm your session. Session fee is due before the beginning of session. Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all prints and products. All prints and products are generated from a professional print vendor to ensure quality and color accuracy.
How to Book a Session 1. SIMPLE CONSULTATION Booking your photo session starts with a brief consultation. I like to meet up with my seniors and their parents to plan to the perfect Senior Portrait Session! 2. SCHEDULING YOUR DATE & TIME As a mom with four little people I primarily book weekends with an occasional weeknight. Sessions are limited. 3. SIGN CONTRACT & RESERVATION FEE PAYMENT Your Date & Time are ‘tentatively’ reserved until the $100 reservation fee has been paid for and the contract has been completed. Once your reservation fee has been paid and contract has been received completed, your portrait session is considered ‘Confirmed & Booked’ – the date & time of your shoot is fully committed to you. Portrait sessions are scheduled on a First paid/First booked scenario. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
RESERVATION FEE WHAT IS A RESERVATION FEE? The purpose of a reservation fee is to secure your session, so that the photographer will not book anyone else during your requested date/time. WHY IS MY RESERVATION FEE NON-REFUNDABLE? In the case of a client cancellation, the photographer experiences a financial loss (being both unable to fill a last-minute spot or make any future image sales from the session), for which the reservation fee compensates a very small portion. DO I OWE ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR MY SESSION? Yes, the reservation fee shall be applied to reduce the total cost of the session. Client shall pay the balance due in full before the session for the service to be provided. Your reservation fee reserves your time with the photographer. ARE MY FINAL IMAGES INCLUDED? Final images are not included in your reservation fee. WHEN IS MY RESERVATION FEE DUE? Your Reservation Fee is due at booking. IF I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RESERVATION FEE? Reservation fees will not be refunded for any reason. If you must reschedule, you are allowed a one-time transfer of your paid fee to your rescheduled time/date. More than one reschedule will require a second reservation fee, with the exception of weather-related reschedules. Weather-related reschedules are unavoidable, and will not count as your one-time transfer.
Viewing & Ordering Session The Viewing and Ordering Session is a time to meet up, sit down together and pour over your complete gallery of beautifully edited images. We will take this time to decide which products will work for you and your family. It is my goal to offer advice and guide you selecting beautiful options for you to display and cherish your images.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOU ORDERING SESSION Please have all key decision makers available for your appointment. {anyone that needs to review photos and make decisions should be there.}
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VIEWING & ORDERING SESSION I am super excited to reveal your beautifully edited images! You can expect the session to last between 1-2 hours. We start with a video slideshow. Next, we view and sort all of your images as 4x6 proof prints. Then I’ll walk you through ordering exactly what you envisioned for your portraits.
