Welcome! Welcome! Thank you so much for your interest in my photography services. I strive to create and give each client simple natural images they can truly cherish. My hope is to provide you with a wonderful photography experience, beautiful images, quality products and amazing service. Each one of us has a beautifully unique story and I believe photography offers the chance to capture a small moment of the story, to cherish, relive and reminisce! I love meeting each one of my clients and attempting to capture a small piece of your story that you can treasure for years to come! I am a natural light, on location photographer located in Geneva, NY. I serve the Finger Lakes, Rochester and Syracuse areas. I love beautiful light and overcast days! Whether we venture to a local park, urban area or your own home, there is an adventure to be had! What to Expect My hope is to provide a relaxed, personalized, stress-free session with plenty of time to capture you. Time for kids to run, play, and explore as well as grab a snack, water breaks, wardrobe changes, or anything else we need to do. I want to ensure I provide you with an awesome experience full of images you'll love and enjoy for many years. A photo session on average lasts between one to two hours {with exception of newborns}. This allows sufficient time for getting everyone used to being photographed, settling in, and will also allow us to go to different places in and around the chosen location. I love to stay in the background as much as possible and let you, your kids or family interact as naturally as possible. I hope to capture you and your families’ true personality. Sometimes the best shots are the “in-between’ pictures, candid and lots of natural expressions. I will occasionally provide some direction or suggest a pose, but you are the best judge of what makes you comfortable. Please feel free to bring your ideas to the session. Some of the best pictures come out of collaboration.
Scheduling a Session 1. SIMPLE CONSULTATION Booking your photo session starts with a brief consultation with your photographer, Jenny Feidner. You can email or call Jenny anytime. Let me know what type of session you are looking for and we can begin planning the perfect session jenny@jrosefeidnerphotography.com | 585-337-0823 2. SCHEDULING YOUR DATE & TIME As a mom with four little people I primarily book weekends with an occasional weeknight. Sessions are limited. 3. SIGN CONTRACT & RESERVATION FEE PAYMENT Your Date & Time are ‘tentatively’ reserved until the 50% reservation fee has been paid for and the contract has been completed. Once your reservation fee has been paid and contract has been received completed, your portrait session is considered ‘Confirmed & Booked’ – the date & time of your shoot is fully committed to you. Portrait sessions are scheduled on a First paid/First booked scenario. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
RESERVATION FEE WHAT IS A RESERVATION FEE? The purpose of a reservation fee is to secure your session, so that the photographer will not book anyone else during your requested date/time. WHY IS MY RESERVATION FEE NON-REFUNDABLE? In the case of a client cancellation, the photographer experiences a fina ncial loss (being both unable to fill a last-minute spot or make any future image sales from the session), for which the reservation fee compensates a very small portion. DO I OWE ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR MY SESSION? Yes, the reservation fee shall be applied to reduce the total cost of the session. Client shall pay the balance due in full before the session for the service to be provided. Your reservation fee reserves your time with the photographer .
ARE MY FINAL IMAGES INCLUDED? Final images are not included in your reservation fee. WHEN IS MY RESERVATION FEE DUE? Your Reservation Fee is due at booking. IF I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RESERVATION FEE? Reservation fees will not be refunded for any reason. If you must reschedule, you are allowed a one-time transfer of your paid fee to your rescheduled time/date. More than one reschedule will require a second reservation fee, with the exception of weather-related reschedules. Weather-related reschedules are un-avoidable and will not count as your one-time transfer.
Sessions $200 Each session includes the following: A pre-session consultation either by phone, e-mail or in person to determine details like location, wardrobe, and to help me make sure your session is as personalized as possible. A customized photo session which can take place at the Clients' home or at an outdoor location of choice. Sessions are between 1-1.5 hours in length. Revision and creative processing of your images. In-Home Viewing and Ordering Session Prints/Products and Collections are additional
Family & Children The perfect session for children 3 months and older as well as a family of any size! Includes immediate family members *please see page 10 for multi-family, generation and reunion sessions
Maternity Maternity sessions are all about the excitement and joy of welcoming a new little person into the world. My hope is to capture you in your home, the nursey or a beautiful outdoor location. The best time for this session is between 31 -34 weeks.
Newborn The arrival of a new baby is such an exciting, sweet time! My Lifestyle Newborn Sessions are about documenting the newness, capturing the love & bond between the baby and the family. I like to capture the baby individually as well as with parents and siblings. I like these in-home sessions to stay candid and natural with the focus on the new relationship between you and baby. Sessions can take place from a few days old up to 3 months.
Extended Family Sessions What better way to document multiple family get-togethers or special occasions, but with an extended family photo session. It is the perfect opportunity to gather the special people in your life and capture images to share and remember. My approach is to work first with the entire group and then follow with photographing each individual family separately to create different photo combinations to suit your family needs.
$350 ▫ Up to 12 people. Additional family members are $25 per person ▫ Pre-session consultations (planning, what to wear, etc) ▫ Welcome packet for each family ▫ Custom family portrait session. Includes group photos, individual photos of children, creative / candid captures, and subgroups of the whole group. Every session varies - so each and every gallery is unique and is comprised of different combinations of images. ▫ On location, which can be indoors or outdoors ▫ In person Viewing & Ordering Session for local family members ▫ Online Viewing Gallery with access for out of town family members with ordering assistance *Please note session fee includes photographer's time and talent, no prints are included.
