The Lounge - Cigar Lounge

THE LOUNGE

The Lounge is Metavulus Headquarter office as well as social hub which combines leisure and office in the same space. It consists of several rooms, including office lounge, podcast room, trading room, meeting room, private meeting room and a cigar lounge.

Aside from cigar lounge & private meeting room which utilize modern classic as its design, the rest of the rooms are a true implementation of the brand’s image--vibrant, inclusive and energetic.

ZFX OFFICE

This office is a place for the workers of ZFX, located in Gran Rubina-Jakarta. This facility emphasizes minimalist design by highlighting clean lines and calm color such as blue and white, in accordance to the brand’s image-clarity, responsible, and trust.

SOCIAL HUB CILEGON

Planned as Metavulus branch, the interior of this building reflects the Headquarter-vibrant, inclusive and energetic. The main color scheme used in this design nature, with wood texture and the use of green artificial grass, as well as orange as the contrasting color.

Covering around 145sqm, this facility is divided into two stories, with ground floor used as a communal hub, and the second level mainly designed as rooms with several functions, such as trading room, podcast room, and training room.

BOARDING HOUSES CLUSTER of Mr.

Boarding House Cluster is one of common residental building commonly found in Indonesia. This building is specifically designed to accomodate 20 boarding houses into one cluster. Utilizing modern contemporary, the design of this building focuses on showing clean lines and the use of bricks as the main material which is shown in every units facade.

In the middle of the U-shaped cluster, there is a seating ground that can also be used as a communal space for the inhabitant to interact and socialize.

WARTEH 22

Warteh 22 is a cafe that serves mainly coffee and banana fritters. Originally a one story building, the cafe developed it’s facility by adding a second floor using reinforced concrete columns into its original ones.

The interior design of the new story utilize industrial style, creating diversity with the first floor that mainly adopt vintage design. The second floor also has an outdoor seating area with plants and gravel as its main focus.

HOUSE OF Mr. G

This residental building is an extension house from the existing main house, mainly focused on kitchen, dining room and a master bedroom.

RANTAI KOPI

This is a small coffee shop located in Tasikmalaya. The overall style of this shop is japandi style which leans more toward japanese style for its ceiling and scandinavian for its furniture. The use of white and wood as its main color scheme gives off warm and calm atmosphere.

HOUSE OF MR. YAN

The concept used by Mr. Yan’s house is one of the concepts that is trending nowadays, namely the concept of contemporary architecture. It is shown by mixed use of material in the facade.

This residental building is actually two houses mirroring each other. By applying the Scandinavian concept, the facade design of this house shows a minimalist impression and firm lines with the use of neutral yet contrasting colors. The gable roof shape that is one of the characteristic of Scandinavian design is also very suitable for tropical regions like Indonesia.
