u house is located at kembangan and designed for a family of a family with two children with scandinavian design concept. this house has five bedroom and three bathroom.

at the first floor, the living room,dining room, and kitchen are using the open space concept to create an airy and cozy space.

akeno hotel is a hotel located in the area of Ancol, North Jakarta. akeno’s name is taken from japanese which means shine bright, this name was taken because this building takes the concept of ‘japanese luxury’

the creation of this gallery of betawi culture is the beginning of betawi culture, which began to be abandoned by the betawi people themselves. the design of this building itself is inspired by one of the traditional betawi houses, ‘rumah kebaya’.
on the ground floor, the spaces are used as parking and communal space for the pedestrian, for the main lobby, it is located on the second floor.

The rumah tambi, a traditional home in central Sulawesi, served as inspiration for the design, which used the RISHA structure for the building’s framework. The reason RISHA construction was used in this building is that it is situated in an area that is vulnerable to natural disasters.
the design concept of this house was rustic modern, where us wants to combine the traditional and modern design
since rustic modern is the design concept, wood material is the most dominant material.
this has two kids bedroom and one master bedroom with two bathroom.
