Our Leadership Team
A Singaporean technology entrepreneur Dr Hari Gunasingham’s first venture was an instrumentation company, which became the pre-eminent entity in the industry He sold the company in 2001 to Thermo- Fischer to focus on the development of solutions for Smart Buildings
With expertise in Analytical Science, Cybernetics, and Control Systems, his impressive academic background includes having taught and conducted research at esteemed institutions such as Imperial College and the National University of Singapore Dr Gunasingham has received several awards including the National Young Scientist and Engineer Award in 1988 from the National Science and Technology Board Singapore and the EDN Asia Innovator Award in 1996 In 1995, the Prime Minister of Canada, Jack Chretian presented recognised his contributions to technology development in Asia

Dr Gunasingham has also been honoured with the Realcomm Digie Award in 2006 for his pioneering work on integrated IB based enterprise-building concepts In subsequent years, he was listed as one of the "35 People to Watch" by Realcomm USA in 2008 and 2010 In 2018 he received a Lifetime Achievements Award, also from Realcomm, for his outstanding contributions
His visionary leadership has also driven various smart city projects, including Dubai Festival City, Cairo Festival City, Downtown Doha, and Barangaroo in Sydney, Australia
With a 25-year career in the software industry, Lakshitha specialises in SCADA and has extensive experience in generic communication modules, integration mechanisms, and programming languages like C C++ and Visual Basic His expertise also includes project management, software design, development, and quality assurance Throughout his career he has successfully undertaken notable projects such as developing communication modules for a US fire protection systems vendor managing central control station deployment in Korea, and implementing integrated SCADA and facility management solutions for commercial buildings in Bahrain Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Vietnam He has also played a key role in deploying a facility management solution for a smart precinct in Sydney, Australia
Lakshitha's primary focus is on leveraging AI to enhance smart building and facilities management aiming to improve building performance, reliability, occupant productivity, and overall well-being
Haran has worked in the technology field for over 18 years As CEO of iviva he is responsible for overseeing the core technology and platform that power the company ’ s products and solutions
