Part of the Eutech Group and headquartered in Singapore, iviva is present in over 300M sq ft of properties worldwide With its first version created in 2007, and initially centered around the building itself our solutions have evolved to provide solutions for each user of each building – and that’s a lot of possible combinations! Dr. Hari Gunasingham Founder and Chairman

A Singaporean technology entrepreneur Dr Hari Gunasingham’s first venture was an instrumentation company, which became the pre-eminent entity in the industry He sold the company in 2001 to Thermo- Fischer to focus on the development of solutions for Smart Buildings

With expertise in Analytical Science, Cybernetics, and Control Systems, his impressive academic background includes having taught and conducted research at esteemed institutions such as Imperial College and the National University of Singapore Dr Gunasingham has received several awards including the National Young Scientist and Engineer Award in 1988 from the National Science and Technology Board Singapore and the EDN Asia Innovator Award in 1996 In 1995, the Prime Minister of Canada, Jack Chretian presented recognised his contributions to technology development in Asia

Dr Gunasingham has also been honoured with the Realcomm Digie Award in 2006 for his pioneering work on integrated IB based enterprise-building concepts In subsequent years, he was listed as one of the "35 People to Watch" by Realcomm USA in 2008 and 2010 In 2018 he received a Lifetime Achievements Award, also from Realcomm, for his outstanding contributions

His visionary leadership has also driven various smart city projects, including Dubai Festival City, Cairo Festival City, Downtown Doha, and Barangaroo in Sydney, Australia

Lakshita Wijerathne with over 25 years of experience is a visionary leader driving innovation in the real estate technology sector Having spearheaded advancements at Eutech for more than two decades Wijerathne serves as the Eutech Group CEO Under his leadership, the Group prioritises smart workplace smart facilities management and sustainability solutions, scaling from building to city levels Emphasising customer-centricity Eutech delivers tangible outcomes and democratise smart solutions within the PropTech industry

Lakshita is deeply passionate about leveraging technology and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure to enhance smart building and facilities management, integrating IT, OT, and IoT systems to enable actionable insights and foster autonomous operations With a strategic vision and extensive industry knowledge, he continues to shape the future of technology-driven solutions propelling the real estate industry towards a smarter, more sustainable future

Haran Shivanan has worked in the technology field for over 18 years As CEO of iviva, he is responsible for overseeing the core business and technology that power iviva’s products
