Line Item Labeling – All of our products are individually labeled with our part number and description, and we also label the outside of palletized material or boxes with mixed product with the Purchase Order Number, part number and description, and quantity in the pallet or box.

Low FFA Minimums – At the end of this catalog is a delivery schedule with FFA amounts, lead times, and other pertinent information.

Great Customer Service – we confirm every order within a few hours of receipt with complete and accurate pricing and delivery information, and have an experienced staff to answer questions. We will call with approximate delivery times the day before your delivery.

We are happy to drop ship for you - the above FFA amounts apply to jobsite deliveries and direct shipments.

Pricing is never included on our shipping documents.

We will call the day prior to delivery to notify of a shipping time window.

We do request accurate addresses (or maps) and contact information at the time of order to ensure timely deliveries.

Will Calls?

Feel free to will call at our facility; we just need a few hours to process and pull your order for in-stock items and we’ll have it ready for you. For non stock items, we’ll let you know a date and time for pickup.

Add-Ons? Add-ons are welcome up to two days before your delivery date! We can even add items that are available from our stock up until the morning before your delivery.

Confirmations?

Every order is confirmed via email or fax within a day of receipt. Purchase order number, pricing, delivery date, ship to and other pertinent information is included on our Sales Order Confirmation.

LEAD TIME Our standard lead time for normal stock orders is 4 working days – to the right is a chart showing when to have orders in to ensure complete deliveries. Special order items or unusually large orders may require additional lead time.
