Stages of living feature transitional, then subsidized housing, with an emphasis on balance between public and private spaces and activity.
The aim of the housing complex is to have the clients progress through the space and be uplifted in their personal and social lives.
A thoughtful approach regards the sensitivities of the clients while engaging them.
A maker’s space & workshop, art gallery, fitness spaces, communal kitchen and sauna are some of the proposed amenities.
Public throughfares allow friendly community access and a generous public courtyard with a green wall.
