NEW RETURNS POLICY 1. Suppliers will always collect ALL UNSOLD GOODS from the customer’s premises.

2. Upon collection, unsold goods will be valued at 100% the sale price up to a maximum of 12% (twelve per cent) of the total purchased.

All surpluses will be valued at 50% of the sale price.

3. All unsold goods must be made available for collection by the supplier by 28 February.

Any subsequent communications may not be taken into consideration.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT

AICOR will coordinate donations of foodstuffs to charities made by companies processing returned goods.
