There are no dull moments for Mama Jo in the o ce when Lola is with her, reminding them to have fun, chill out and sni butts whenever possible.

Star Athletes

You might wonder how Lola keeps her athletic figure, thanks to her Papa, Barry. Together, they venture through mountains, jog along trails, and practice on pump tracks. Barry’s drive for an active lifestyle inspires Lola; her heart filled with gratitude that she is his go-to fitness companion whenever he gets a chance.

Couch Cuddle

One of Lola’s favourite moments each weekend is the cocooned warmth made by her human sister, Rosalie. As the sun sets and the temperature drops, Lola anticipates this precious moment when her sister finally finishes dinner and cosies up in a big blanket to play her miscellaneous video games, allowing Lola to fall asleep on her lap to the mu ed lullaby that is whatever is on TV.

Flu Talks

Lola feels closer to Bonnie now than she ever did before. She struggles to contain her excitement when she sits on the same blanket as her sister. One wrong move will scare Bonnie away, so she shivers intensely from nervousness, knowing she has to stay still. They have come a long way together and have a unique understanding of one another that we can only imagine.

As she stepped into the boxing ring, the atmosphere shivers through her from head to paw. Lola in red and Tiramisu in blue; they circled the ring for a few moments, and tension grew, but it was nothing to Lola. She had been training for this moment for months. thankful she was to her mother for leaving this opponent so open and unprotected. The taste of victory was intoxicating as if Lola had conquered the world. A day in the FOREST

It takes just a few things to let Lola know where her day will take her. The orange collar around her neck, the extra large meal, the clicking of a bike’s wheels as it rolls out the front door. Before long, she’s in the car waiting ‘til she sees the trees whizz by in the window. This morning in the forest was like any other; he led the way up and down the flowing trails, with Lola barking her way along as she struggled to keep up with him. With seemingly innovative quick thinking, Lola takes a shortcut to keep up with her Dad. The whirring figure she was following suddenly disappeared from ahead of her. She looked

back to see that her Dad, a beacon of agility, was suddenly in and covered with dust. Lola keeps him company as he waits for help, with no idea how much this incident will change their lives over the next few months. The wheels that once spun fiercely stood still, silenced by an unforeseen accident. After three months, Barry has fully recovered and is returning to riding trails with Lola.

This story, if nothing else, reminds us to seize the moment and cherish every adventure we can take. Of course, Lola has no idea what happened and continues to enjoy her trail adventures with her Dad.

Lola’s Closet Transformation

Our homes require some essential things that make a big di erence in how our days feel; our closet is one of them. Lola knew that this area was lacking in her home, but it wasn’t something she could nor had the time to tackle.

So Lola chose to hire the best organisational professional she knows: her Mom. With vast curating experience in the Sims4, practically makes her mom overqualified for this job.

After weeks of discussion, procrastinating visits to the dollar store for supplies, the construction finally began. One afternoon later, Lola’s little closet had come together, with each item finding its rightful place; on the rack, in a jewellery box or a basket.

With her closet transformed thanks to Jo’s hard work and crafty hands, Lola’s mornings now always start with a sense of calm and clarity.

COURAGE TO WALK THE RUNWAY

The park was a flurry of people and their dogs, with a small selection lined up for the runway. A couple of muddy wardrobe malfunctions later, music played, a mic rang, and names started being called. Lola’s little heart was pounding and thoughts racing: When will it be their turn? Will she get another treat? Will she have to sit? Stand? Spin? Will her family be in the crowd? They step out, the metallic leash leading Lola down the runway and the treat in her Mom’s hand.

The crowd erupts in applause as this small dog in a little checkered vest stands up and spins, the first trick they’ve

seen. Will it be enough to secure a spot among the top contenders? Well, to answer that rhetorical question: no. But is this loss due to a lack of fashionable skill? Many from Lola’s circle disagree. The third place was given to two dogs only because two of them walked at once; then the Judge gave first and second places to dogs who put more e ort into tricks than they did outfits! The essence of a runway, a platform for fashion, was thrown away to a competition of talents. Ah, well, there’s always next time. Lola will be ready to win everyone over with several new tricks and a killer outfit.
