Nidhi holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. She is also a social media influencer and works in the field of digital marketing. However, her passion and love for baking led her to take up the art as a hobby. She used to observe her mother Arpita preparing various types of cakes and pastries and decided to try her hand at it too.

She started baking cakes for a few individuals from her close circle and received a lot of positive reviews from them. This made her realise that she was blessed with the skill to dish out delectable baked goods and could convert her passion into a business venture. This led to the birth of "Wake n Bake'' in 2016.

Due to this, Raina had to temporarily step away from her studies and focus on supporting her mother through treatment.

It has no added sugar and is low in fat.

We all like to flaunt our best crockery and the yummiest food at the dinner table during the joyous season of Christmas.

So, to keep up with the endless parties without the guilt, we need to come up with some healthy, yet delicious food.

Here is something that you won’t regret serving to your health-conscious besties. This Strawberry Christmas Trifle is stunning to look at, is beautifully luscious, and its flavours are spot on.

The sweet and sour taste of the fresh, juicy strawberries complements the cream cheese, which is delicately sweetened by the perfect amount of maple syrup. Combined with the crunch of the roasted nuts and the softness of the whipped cream.

Strawberry Celebration Trifle

Approx 180 calories per serving

(Serves two)

Ingredients

Fresh Strawberries – 1 cup

Low-Fat Cream Cheese – 1 cup

Maple Syrup – 2 tbsps

Sugar-free Chocolate Cookies – 2 nos

Roasted Almonds and Pistachios – 2 tbsps

Low-Fat Whipped Cream – 2 tbsps

Metho Start by lightly whipping the cream cheese with 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Wash and pat dry the strawberries and chop them into medium-sized piece Finely crumble the cookies in a mixer ja Finely chop the roasted almonds and pistachios Now, take two wine glasses or serving bowls. Into them layer, the celebration trifle in the following order : First Layer - Cookie Crumble Second Layer - Low Fat Cream Cheese Third Layer - Chopped Strawberrie Fourth Layer – Dollop of whipped cream Fifth Layer – Finely chopped nut Next, put them to chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. And Voila! Your Strawberry Celebration Trifle is ready to be served to your guests this Christmas.

Ingredients

Beef - 200 grams

Pork - 200 grams

Ginger Garlic Paste - 15 grams

Salt - 5 grams

Oil – 20 ml

Macaroni – 150 grams

Cinnamon - 5 grams

Cloves – 5 grams

Peppercorns - 5 grams

Bay Leaf – 2 nos

Goan Chorizo – 100 grams

Chicken Stock - 200 ml

Potato - 50 grams

Carrot - 50 grams

Green Peas - 30 grams

Onion – 30 grams

Tomato – 20 grams

Green Chilly – 5 grams

Metho Cut the beef and pork into medium-sized cubes; wash and pat dry Marinate with ginger garlic paste and salt, and set aside In a pot of boiling water, add macaroni and salt.
