BECOME AN EXHIBITOR

• Registrations taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment via Credit Card, Direct Deposit (banking details on invoice) OR Cheque (payable to “ITS Canada”). Payment must be received no later than thirty (30) days after reservation date • An exhibit floor plan will be updated regularly to reflect available booth locations.

• Individual members cannot book in-person exhibit space • Must be members in good standing as of March 31, 2024 • All exhibitors must provide proof of valid liability insurance coverage.

REFUND POLICY ITS Canada aims to provide a flexible registration process with many options to encourage you to feel confident in registering for ITSC 2024 in Vancouver.

DELEGATE Refund Policy for Event Registrations

• Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend an event, in person or online you must advise ITS Canada for ALL cancellation and transfer requests in writing to janneke@itscanada.ca.

• Cancellation requests received prior to Feb 29th, 2024 will receive 100% of the registration fee refunded • Cancellation requests received between Mar 1st to May 17th, 2024 will receive 50% of the registration fee refunded • No refunds for registrations will be processed after May 18th, 2024 A request to substitute a registration to another attendee will be honored at no cost in writing to mailto:janneke@itscanada.ca

EXHIBITOR Release Policy for ITSC 2024

Exhibits are reserved on a first-come-first serve basis and will only be eligible for a fifty (50%) percent refund if canceled prior to Feb 29th, 2024. There will be no refund available if canceled after March 1st, 2024. Payment must be received no later than thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Failure to remit will result in the exhibit booth being released.

REFUNDS Any refunded amounts will be returned to the same credit card associated with the original transaction. Once processed, it may take 3-7 business days to receive the refund. Original payments received via cheque or direct deposit will be processed electronically via electronic funds transfer back to the original registrant only and within five (5) business days after the conclusion of the event (no later than June 25th, 2024).
