About Me Branding/Logo

Hello! I'm Andrea Bernal. I graduated from San Antonio College with an AAS in Graphic Design. I have always loved graphic design and how detail-oriented it is, so it was not tricky deciding which major to choose! I love turning any idea into a reality using Adobe CC.

LOGOS & BRANDING

HELEUS KITCHENWARE

In Greek mythology, Heleus was a mortal prince, for he was the son of the Greek hero and king, Perseus. I was inspired to create a kitchenware brand.

LAMPUS KITCHENWARE

In Greek mythology, Lampus or Lampos is a Greek verb meaning "glitter" or "shine". This inspired me to create a skincare brand that helps you "shine".

HONEY & MILK BOUTIQUE

In 2020 I opened my own business. The name of the business is inspired by a bible verse that says "the land that flows milk and honey" and I drew inspiration from that. My business is all about reflecting a glimpse of the customers' personalities in each item sold. I created a logo and a business card to match the milk and honey theme.

TMC LOGO REDESIGN

TMC is a local music club based in San Antonio. The original logo was very outdated and needed a more classy and modern look.

EDITORIAL

QUOTES ABOUT LOVE

This quotebook contains lyrics about love in some of my favorite songs. I wanted to keep the aesthetic very bright and happy.

CELEBRATING FONTS

Didot is a very elegant typeface and I wanted to reflect that elegance into my poster. I was inspired by fashion magazines and designer art prints.

ILLUSTRATION

SKULL ILLUSTRATION

This illustration was inspired by the silence of the lambs but in a more feminine way. I was provided the template but we could choose any theme.

HAPPINESS ILLUSTRATION

CHURCH BACKGROUND

I designed the screen background for my local church. I edited the background in Photoshop and Illustrator.

AD CAMPAIGN

HOLIDAY AD CAMPAIGN

For this project, we had to create a concept and a theme for the Central Market Holiday ad Campaign. My theme was inspired by the 12 days of Christmas. I really enjoyed creating this project because it reminded me of Christmas with my family!

DISKO TEKA NITE

For this project, we had to create an invitation for a fundraiser for Artpace. Their annual fundraiser/party has a different theme each year. DISCO TEKA NITE is the theme for this invitation.

BEER CAN DESIGN

This is a packaging design for Roadmap Brewery. One of the beers is inspired by Pamela Anderson and the other by David Hasselhoff. The overall theme was inspired by Baywatch.
