Happy safe holidays We understand that you might have questions about a holiday with us, during these uncertain times. Rest assured we’ve got everything in place for you to have an enjoyable and safe holiday with us on the Lincolnshire coast.

In line with Government guidance, we are continually adapting our daily operations at our holiday parks to keep you, our staff and the local community safe.

A break away in a UK holiday park has been described as one of the safest options for a getaway right now. Coastfields offers a range of self-contained accommodation.

Enjoy the wide-open space of our magnificent county!

If ever there was a county made for sociallydistanced holidays, it’s Lincolnshire! Home to dozens of large sandy beaches and hundreds of square miles of countryside, there’s so much to see, do and explore.

From the beaches of Skegness, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe to the stunning natural landscape of the Lincolnshire Wolds... it’s time to get out there and explore!

We know that committing to a holiday when the future is still a little unclear can seem like a risk.

At Coastfields you won’t lose your money if we have to cancel your holiday, or if you’re unable to travel or if you simply wish to move your holiday to a later date.

If you book a holiday with us but then wish to move the date, simply give our team a call and they will arrange this for you. If you’re not yet sure of your new preferred dates then don’t worry! Simply call any time to re-book your stay within 12 months. You will simply need to be aware that if you’re new holiday is cheaper then we will refund the difference.

If it is more expensive you will need to make up the shortfall.

How we’re keeping you safe

Understandably, we’ve had to make changes to our operations to try and keep everyone safe.

This includes;

Face coverings We ask that our guests wear a face covering in the shop, arcades, reception and sales office areas.

Social distancing Maintaining social distancing at all times across all of our parks.

We’re Good To Go! We are proud to have been awarded the ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry mark and Hoseasons’ ‘Safer Stays’ accreditation at the Grange Leisure Park, which means that we are complying with and adhering to all Government guidance in relation to the Covid-19, including having carried out required risk assessments and put processes in place to maintain cleanliness and social distancing.

Increased protection Extra cleaning in our washrooms and toilets.

Clear check-in procedures On arrival only the lead guest will attend reception. Only 2 people in reception offices at any one time please. Clear directional signage will be in place.

Bars & restaurants Bars and food outlets to run on reduced capacity, with well-spacedout tables.

On-park entertainment Reduced entertainment schedule, to avoid large gatherings of different households.

To help keep you and our staff safe we have understandably had to make some adjustments to the way in which we operate our live entertainment. This includes running our venues at a reduced capacity in order to maintain social distancing. We have also trialled allowing outdoor performances of live entertainment and this may well be offered at times throughout 2020 and 2021 if required.

Entertainment & facilities In order to comply with Government guidance around social distancing, we’ve had to make amends to our live entertainment schedule, with much of our live acts having been scaled back for 2020. We do, however, have some entertainment available including live music and magic to bingo and quizzes, PLUS kids’ entertainment.

Viewing our holiday homes safely We understand that, during these uncertain times, you may be concerned about visiting one of our parks. If you are thinking of buying a caravan or lodge from us, you are also buying a lifestyle for which we believe you need to see the park in question to fully appreciate everything we have to offer.

We have taken many precautions to make sure your visit to our parks is safe. Our sales offices have sanitiser stations and socially distanced desks for face to face conversations. All our caravans and lodges for sale are fully sanitised after each viewing for your safety. This allows you to fully appreciate what you are buying and helps you make the right decision.
