When we coined the phrase "The Ultimate Outdoor Solution" over 21 years ago, it wasn’t just a tagline—it was a promise.

This milestone not only highlights our longevity in the industry but also underscores the trust and loyalty we've earned from our customers, stockists, and partners. As we celebrate 21 years of success, we look forward to the continued support of our loyal customers for many more years to come.

Promotion Overview

Join us in celebrating 21 years of Design Pine with a special promotion designed to boost awareness and support our stockists by encouraging more customers to visit in-store.

From Monday, October 14th, 2024, to Monday, November 11th, 2024, all participating Design Pine stockists will display in-store promotional materials featuring a QR code. When customers scan the QR code, they will be directed to a landing page where they can enter their details to participate in this exciting promotion.

Over the course of the promotional period, we will be giving away 21 x $1,000 Online gift cards, this is one for every working day during the promotional period. We are hoping that this provides an added incentive for customers to visit our stockists and engage with the promotion. This campaign not only celebrates our milestone but also boosts foot traffic for our stockists, helping them create more in-store interactions and sales opportunities.

How it works!

Tradie hears radio ad or sees ad online promoting Design Pine “Win a share of $21k in 21 days”, with a call to action of going to nearest stockist.

Tradie visits a participating Design Pine Stockist. Each participating stockists is provided with posters and counter cards related to the promotion.

Tradie scans QR code on promotional material found in store.

QR code scan takes Tradie to this landing page to enter the following details to enter promotion:

- Full name

- Email address

- Mobile number

- Store Name (free input to enter stockist name)

Winners drawn each day for 21 x Days and announced via Social Media. Stockists informed of winners and option to hand the card to the winners in person.

Design Pine Radio Campaign

ITI are making a significant media investment - Live from 14th October and will run throughout the campaign period during peak tradie hours – early morning.

Using the Triple M Network exclusively for this campaign:

- excellent reach of a trade audience, especially in the mornings;

- coverage of Design Pine stockist network will be achieved by running the campaign in capital cities nationally as well as targeted regional areas.

Spot placement has been optimised to maximize reach and frequency during key Tradie listening periods on Triple M.

This schedule will receive significant presence also on the MMM DAB+ stations.

The radio campaign will feature 5 x 30 second ads using the same VO artist which will change based on the time of the campaign keeping it very relevant to listeners.

If you are not within the radio coverage area you can still benefit from this promotion, with social media and google ads designed to help inform customers of the promotion plus flyers and in store POS assets to promote to customers.

Google Ads to Support Promotion

We're using Google Ads to complement our Design Pine radio campaign because it helps us reach people at the exact moment they’re looking for what we offer.

Radio ads can spark interest, and Google ensures we’re there when listeners take action and search for more information. By combining both channels, we maximise our visibility and engage potential customers right when they're most interested.

Google advertising can extend the reach of our campaign beyond the radio coverage area by targeting potential customers who may not have heard the ad. Through strategic use of search ads and display ads, we can capture relevant search traffic and increase brand visibility in key locations.

Google Ads provides valuable analytics that enhance the effectiveness of our radio campaign. By tracking user behavior, search trends, and click-through rates, we gain insights into how many people are engaging with our ads after hearing them on the radio.

Social Media Ads to Support Promotion

Social media ads and retargeting play a key role in reinforcing our radio campaign and reaching people who are outside of the Radio coverage. While the radio creates initial awareness, social media allows us to stay top-of-mind by delivering visual reminders to those who may have heard the ad but didn’t act immediately.

Social media advertising can effectively support the campaign by reaching audiences beyond the radio coverage area. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn allow us to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors, ensuring our message reaches relevant users who may not have heard the radio ad.

Retargeting further amplifies this by ensuring that anyone who has shown interest, either through a Google search or interaction with our website, sees relevant ads across their social media platforms.

POS promotional material will be crucial for the promotion as it creates immediate visibility instore, catching the attention of customers and prompting them to engage with the campaign by scanning the QR code, ultimately driving participation and foot traffic.

Fine Print

Eligibility: This promotion is open to end users only. Staff members of Design Pine stockists or any individuals directly affiliated with these stockists are not eligible to participate or receive any prizes.

Prize Details: Each winner will be awarded a A$1,000 prepaid digital gift card. These cards will be sent electronically to the winners and can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard.

Entry Process: To enter, customers must visit a participating Design Pine stockist, scan the in-store QR code, and complete the required details on the form. Entries are only valid during the promotional period.

FAQ’s

How many times can someone enter? As many times as they want, the more entries the more chnaces they have of winning, the more times they scan means the more time in your store.

What if we have customers that don’t come instore? We have produced some A5 flyers with the QR code on them so you can visit your custoemrs on site and still have them enter.

When will my POS assets arrive? Please be patient we have a lot of participating stockists to get to but we will make sure you have what you need before the 14th October.

What happens if someone scans the QR code before the promotion begins?

Nothing, we have a message that says come back on the 14th, unfortunately due to the legalities of running a promotion like this it has to start and finish at a set time.
