How much does it cost? There isn’t a one-size-fits-all price. We offer a free consultation to identify the scope of your requirements. From there we build a proposal unique to you. In most cases we are able fund or balance the project costs through savings generated. How quickly can I expect to see results? Immediately from launch. The cost savings are instant and improvements are made month-on-month, either through product pricing or systematic/procedural implementations. How much will I save? Typically you can expect to see a 15% saving on your indirect spend in the first month. In the following month you can expect a further 10% through system efficiencies, automation and consolidation. You will also see a significant reduction and saving in time and administration. How do you approach data security? We take data security very seriously and follow all the necessary protocol to ensure safe handling, protect access and ensure it isn’t compromised. Your data is backed up, held securely and won’t be shared with third parties without your permission. We only have paper invoices. Can you still do the audit? Yes we can. Our team uses the latest Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to collect and digitise your invoice data. By scanning to line level we are able to identify all the key information to formulate our report. How long does the audit take? Once we have received all of the relevant data we typically complete the audit within three weeks. Will I have to retrain my team to use I-Tel? No, not at all. We have a dedicated support team who are on hand to walk all the staff through the change management process. All the systems we put in place are user friendly and require no training and are designed to assist team members in their job role. Do we risk becoming dependent on I-Tel if we use your services? This is a common but misplaced concern. I-Tel is all about delivering best value. If we can’t improve on your current supplier or procedure we simply incorporate them into your portfolio. Above all, our service is flexible. Can I keep my existing supplier relationships? Absolutely.
