Session information: Welcome to the Conference: A welcome to the conference giving a brief history of the development of the European eTwinning Ambassadors Network Out of this world- Tech to inspire: Tim Rylands, and Sarah Neild, two award winning teachers, lead us on an exploration of newly created worlds of wonder and ways to inspire children of all ages and abilities Coding in the classroom, Why & How?: Coding is a buzz word in education at the moment.

In this presentation Amanda Debattista from Malta will examine the how and whys of introducing coding in the classroom and its potential for eTwinning projects.

Life Long Learning in the eTwinning Learning Lab: In this webinar Arjana Blazic and Bart Verswijvel will give an overview of the learning events they have organized in the eTwinning Learning Lab. They will talk about the structure and content of their events. They will share their experience on how they motivate and inspire the participants to be actively involved, to collaborate and to implement the knowledge they gain in their teaching and in eTwinning projects.

Ambassadors Best Practices: • “Let’s go Social!” Marilina Lonigro IT – Lidija Kralj HR • “eTwinning in pre-primary school” Tiziana Cippitelli IT • Creating Videos in school: a collaborative learning activity: Video has been used effectively in various educational contexts in multiple ways to support learning as a dynamic medium of visualization, narration, abstraction and recognition. Video can be easily used and produced in the classroom in order to record and analyze interactions, develop critical thinking, creativity and enhance collaborative learning. The presentation will focus on designing and implementing learning collaborative activities towards the creation of video in the classroom and also on the ways to collaborate with a partner school through video production.

Furthermore, basic concepts from film literature will be presented and particular proposals for entwining schools’ collaboration based on best practices of using videos in school setting.
