VAT MANAGEMENT
SCODEREC (later VIALTIS), a company dedicated to VAT management for road hauliers is founded in Paris. SEPAC
SCODEREC buys the company SEPAC and founds sales companies in Portugal, Italy, Spain and Slovakia.
VIALTIS starts to offer Ferry Booking and establishes 4 sales companies in Germany, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
VIALTIS launches the Diesel Solution Provider service and the website: www.vialtis.com. The creation of myVialtis takes place.
VIALTIS launches the Minimum Wage service and goes from being a service provider to a service solution provider.
The ITD Group handles a wide interest of the industry from the headquarters in Padborg and offices in Copenhagen and Brussels and are represented in 11 other countries via subsidiaries.
The first toll department launches and VIAROUTE is established.
NEW NAME: VIALTIS
The company name changes to VIALTIS – merger of the 3 companies: SCODEREC, VIAROUTE and SEPAC.
VIALTIS’ shared services centre moves to Aix-enProvence, France.
VIALTIS is now part of the ITD Group. The VAT department moves to FDE.
