IBSL Co-ed Fall Ball

IBSL Fall Ball will take a lighter approach in comparison to our Summer IBSL Program. Practices will be once per week and day and time are dependent on coach preference/availability. Games on Saturday mornings. Games will not have umpires and no score is kept. The goal of IBSL Fall Ball is to offer more opportunities for Itasca baseball/softball players to have a few more days to enjoy the game they love. Each player will receive an IBSL hat and shirt. Taekwon Do

Imagine what an advantage you will have now, and in the future, by learning martial arts today. Do you like to stretch, kick, punch, relieve stress, and feel good? The benefits of Taekwon-Do include character building, confidence, self-esteem, discipline, focus, perseverance, physical fitness, improved balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-defense. Imagine that “attitude is everything” and you will never give up in any aspect of your life. This is Taekwon-Do! New students are asked to arrive one half hour earlier on the first day to learn about the program and to purchase the uniform. (IU)

Open Gym

Fall Open Gym Hours

Open Gym times are subject to change due to other schedules.

Individuals must possess a Teen Fitness Membership or pay the youth daily open gym fee to participate during Open Gym times. Adults must have a fitness membership or pay the daily open gym fee. All participants must sign in at the front desk.

Basketball Open Gym

■ Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym.

■ Black-soled marking shoes will not be allowed. We encourage participants to bring a pair of athletic shoes with them for special use on the gym floor. Shirts must be worn.

■ Basketballs will not be available during weekend open gym.

■ Open Gym is available to Fitness Members and adult residents at any time the gym is not scheduled for another activity in addition to the above times.

■ The gym will be divided by court during Youth Open Gym times during weekdays. Grades 2nd5th will play on the North Court and 6th-High School on the South Court.
