Hello everybody! not have been done without your commitment. The youth exchange program had the basic aim to introduce youth to the culture of healthy food and traditional meals from Europe in order to strengthen and enlarge the intercultural dialogue, the multicultural learning process among youth and the strong motivation for assuming a healthy lifestyle inside local communities through the methods of non-formal education, using efficiently the power of voluntary youth activities, intercultural dialogue and multicultural friendship in Europe. We strongly believe that this program can be implemented efficiently, as the best practice for other youth associations in order to achieve the previously mentioned goals. Keep the good memories, try to use efficiently all the things you’ve learnt in Romania and hopefully we can all meet again sometime, somewhere, to sit and chat about all the nice things that connect us. Furthermore, we would like to point out that you were very helpful, supportive and collaborative each time during the daily activities and the organising process or when other participants needed encouragement. One of the very positive aspects of the youth exchange called We are what we eat! was that we could develop a very committed group of young participants from 6 different countries which could be – and surely will be – a great asset in order to implement further youth initiatives on a local level all over Europe. Having collected all the impressions and ideas from you, we can underline that all the participants have become a lot more aware of the benefits they can get taking part in youth exchange programs in Europe. This is one of the most significant effects of the recently ended youth exchange program We are what we eat! and we thank you for that: this could
