Normal Rubber Mat

Rubber floor mats are manufactured from natural rubber. They are very tough and can last for very long. Rubber floor mats are recommended for high traffic areas, such as commercial establishments. One major advantage of rubber floor mats is that they can be produced in all kinds of designs and surface patterns. This not only makes rubber floor mats very beautiful to look at, but it also ensures that they provide traction on slippery floors.

Reach

REACH is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry. We manufacture “Reach Compliant” mats to supply for such markets.

UV Resistance

Natural Rubber can withstand temperature range of -67° F to +180° F (-55° C to +82° C). It is an unsaturated polymer, sensitive to oxidation initiated by heat, ultraviolet or gamma radiation. The properties of natural rubber and its products can be enhanced, so that it won’t degrade during long term outdoor exposure.

Anti- Fatigue

Anti-fatigue mats are designed to help a person who is working in a standing position for prolonged periods of time. Most anti-fatigue matting is a combination of an ergonomic pattern and a cushioning underlay. The cushioning causes constant subconscious balance checks and micro movements that stimulate blood flow through the legs and lower extremities. These results in better circulation and less fatigue. The cushioning underlay insulates the feet from the hard surface, cold floors, vibrations, moisture and sound. These mats are advisable for variety of workplace designs from individual work benches, to large assembly lines or complex manufacturing work stations.

Anti-Skid

The primary objective of these mats is to provide a durable non-skid solution. Slippage has always been a problem in wet floors and surfaces. Anti- Skid mats are excellent in jerk absorption and are slip resistance as well as they also provide improved walking comforts. Flooring mats with anti-skid textures prevent slips & falls and come with a protective, non-stick finish to make cleaning quick and easy.

Phthalate Free

Phthalates are a type of plasticizer, an ingredient that makes materials like Rubber & PVC, flexible enough to be turned into desirable products. Our research team has developed technology to make Phthalate free mats for certain markets.

Fire Retardant

FR rubber mat is chemically treated to be slowing burning or self-extinguishing when exposed to an open flame to reduce workplace accidents and help limit their severity. These rubber mats are geared for placement in heavy manufacturing settings, production lines, assembly lines, near welding equipment, and at individual workstations.

Prop 65

The Proposition was intended by its authors to protect California citizens from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals. Under the statute, a person in the course of doing business cannot expose an individual to a chemical known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving a clear and reasonable warning to an individual.

Cut Resistance

Cut resistance mats are combined with Multi-Layer structure to increase the cut resistant feature thus making it a high-quality durable product. If you use a regular mat to cut on, grooves will be formed that the blade will fall into the next time the mat is used. This would cause inaccurate cuts to take place. With a self-healing mat, however, those grooves close up so you can cut accurately over and over again. This can be applied in Architecture design drafting, Leather patchwork areas, Home, Schools & Office use.

Oil Resistance (Nitrile)

Nitrile rubber, also known as nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) is resistant to oil, fuel, and other chemicals. It is more resistant than natural rubber to oils and acids, and has superior strength. Acrylonitrile content varies in commercial products from 18% to 50%. As the NBR content increases, resistance to petroleum base oils and hydrocarbon fuels increases, but low temperature flexibility decreases. The oil resistant mat is advisable for industrial kitchens, garages and oil field environments.

PAH’S

PAH is an acronym for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. There are several health risks from over-exposure to PAHs and there are several existing restrictions in place to prevent over exposure to harmful levels of PAHs. Though the rubber mats come under mandatory requirements for limits on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, the production can be done adhering to the safety standards.

Hollow Mats

Rubber hollow mats are very universal, extremely safe, hygienic and offer a non-slip work surface. The circular holes ensures drain off water, accumulated mud and snow.
