Language Learning
TheIBcurriculumemphasises theimportanceofmultilingual communicationskills, takinginto account each student’s unique language profile.
At ISP, French is a required subject and is differentiated by ability level; a third language is incorporated beginning in Grade 6. Support for English as an Additional Language (EAL) and the possibility of individual tutors in over 20 mother tongue languages provide depth and breadth to our language learning curriculum.

At ISP, students incorporate service learning into their daily lives and are active initiators for service as action, student-led support groups and intercultural sharing.
