DO Weekly Email Updates

Email Every Monday Weekly, every Monday you will receive an email with T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined Applications at your cohort.

This email will have the following: § #1 a link that will open an excel sheet with all the applications you have till date. § #2 a table with all the new applications received for the previous week.

Email Every Wednesday § Weekly, every Wednesday you will receive an email with the T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined site dashboard. § The five panels represent different statistics that will assist your District Office’s for determining the number and status of the program applications to each site. Each measure also shows the count or percent change over the previous week. § This is a static dashboard of your cohort applications. There is no need for further action.

DO Static Dashboard Dashboard metrics and their definitions: § Number of Applicants - Total count of applicants to the program for the program site, and the change from the amount received in the week before. § Applications Eligible Count - Subset of the total applications that were identified as eligible for the program based on an automated business logic as a function of the applicant’s job title, revenue reported, employees reported, and business age.

DO Static Dashboard § Applications Eligible Percent – Proportion of total applications that are eligible. § DO Determination Complete - Percentage of applications that the DO has decided to either accept, decline, waitlist, or reassign. The remaining percentage are those applications that the DO has not made any decision on. § Accepted Applications - The total number of applications accepted by your program site. The goal is to have 20 accepted applicants per site

Approve Applications

How To Approve Applications § Review & approve applications that are Eligible based on the set criteria. § Note that each applicant’s eligibility status has been assessed based on information included in the application.

How To Reject Applications § Review & reject applications that are Ineligible based on the set criteria. § Note that each applicant’s eligibility status has been assessed based on information included in the application.

How To Waitlist Applications § You can waitlist applications if you have more than 20 applicants already approved.

How To Reassign Applications § Reassign applicant that is not in proximity to the selected program site and is closer to another program site. § DO selects reassign and selects the recommended program site that is in close proximity to the applicant.
