Conference registration is required to participate as a Poster Presenter. In case of absence, you are required to find a substitute. Let us know beforehand by emailing conference@isokinetic.com

What should I bring?
A vertical poster or infographic.
Size: 80cm width, 120cm height
Posters must be prepared, printed and hanged by Presenters. We don’t need them in advance.
Where do I present my poster?
80cm width, 120cm height
You will present your poster in a dedicated session in the Pickwick room, which is Located on the first floor of the QEII Conference Centre.
During the sessions, all presenters must make a 5-minute speech in english about their poster and be ready to answer questions afterwards.

stick your poster on the matching poster board before 10:00 am on saturday 27th of May. Please do not take off your poster until 4 pm on Sunday so that as many participants as possible can see and enjoy it!
the Best Poster award will be assigned by the Judges in a dedicated ceremony in the Fleming room on sunday 28th May 2023 at 4.30pm
What should my poster look like?
Let your poster shine! This is your chance to get creative. Be sure to include graphics, tables, pictures, photos... and don’t forget to make it colourful!

Save time!
If you are around on Friday 26th of May, pick up your badge from the Conference Centre from 2pm. You can also already hang your poster on the second floor, accompanied by our staff.
