ISU COVID-19 Statement

On March 19, 2020 ISU students began synchronous and asynchronous virtual learning using Google Meet and Google Classroom until we broke for holidays in June 2020. Virtual learning resumed in late August, 2020, using Zoom, and hybrid lessons began on October 15, 2020. School remained open until June 3, with some temporary closures due to Covid cases on campus. Our final two weeks of the school year were virtual. For the 2021-2022 school year, school began virtually on August 16th. We reopened for the Grade 12 students on September 7th, 2021. Predicted grades are based on somewhat limited assessment data, although the end-of-year exams were given on campus in May, 2021 and were used as part of the predictor. Due to Ugandan policies and Covid conditions, we remain at risk of returning to virtual learning during this school year. Other 11.9%
