马里亚纳快报 北马联邦政府及供应商出席2013世界 旅游博览会 北马联邦政府代表团出席了2013年5月9-11日在上海举办的 第十届世界旅游博览会。北马旅游局委员会主席拉尔夫·犹 慕、众议院议员及司法行政工作委员会主席克里斯托弗·格雷 罗、马里亚纳旅游局副主席玛丽安·阿尔丹·皮尔斯以及旅 游局总监率领来自世纪旅游公司、塞班DFS环球免税店、天宁 皇朝、太平洋酒店集团、凯悦酒店、Sollar、Tasi旅行社、Big Boyz、CMLC、ARTHA以及Pacific Subsea的高层管理人员和代 表一起出席了此次盛会。世界旅游博览会是规模最大和最具影 响力的旅游展，每年为业界人士提供了大量的商务交流和交易 平台。世纪旅游公司已经连续7年参与到世界旅游博览会中。今 年，世纪旅游公司还与天宁皇朝和北马旅游局上海办一道在博览 会期间开设了推介美国塞班的展位。
北马里亚纳群岛于2013年4月高居中国游客 访问量之榜首 据马里亚纳旅游局官方统计数据显示, 今年4月访问北马里亚纳群岛的中 国游客人数大幅超越其它国家游客。最新报告指出，该月访问北马里亚 纳群岛的中国游客达10305人次，比去年同期增长44%。 目前, 塞班每 周接收由国内主要城市包括上海、广州及北京直飞的共8个航班。二线 城市武汉和沈阳亦将推出飞往塞班的直航包机，这一动作预计将使访问 北马里来纳群岛的中国游客实现成倍增长

The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) delegation was in full force as it graced the 10th World Travel Fair in Shanghai, China on May 9-11, 2013. Leading the group from the CNMI government were House Representative and Tourism Committee Chairman Ralph Yumul, House Representative and Judiciary and Government Operations Committee Chairman Christopher Guerrero, Marianas Visitors Authority (MVA) Vice Chairman Marian Aldan-Pierce and MVA Managing Director Perry Tenorio. Also present were top executives and representatives from the vendor community in Saipan including Century Tours, DFS Galleria Saipan, Tinian Dynasty, APHI, Hyatt Regency Saipan, Sollar, Tasi Tours, Big Boyz, CMLC ARTHA, and Pacific Subsea. The World Travel Fair is one of the largest and most influential travel shows which annually provides business communication and purchasing platforms in the travel and tourism industry. Century Tours has participated in the WTF for the last 7 years. This year, Century Tours, together with Tinian Dynasty Holiday, MVA China and Hyatt Regency Saipan organized the exhibition booth of the destination brand Saipan, USA.
Tourists from China surpassed the number of visitors from other countries in the CNMI for the month of April, according to the Marianas Visitors Authority. In their latest report, 10,305 tourists from China arrived in the CNMI for the said month which is 44% higher than last year’s Chinese arrivals. Presently, Saipan receives 8 direct flights every week from gateway cities of Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing. Launching of additional flights from the second-tier cities of Wuhan and Tianjin are expected to double the numbers of Chinese tourists visiting the CNMI.
