Residential interior, Professional work - 2022/23

Area - 750 sq.ft.

Softwares used: Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, PPT.

Scope of Work: Complete project from design to Execution

The clients were open to design suggestions , with color playing a key role. The living room featured flexible furniture to accommodate large Indian family gatherings. Despite prevailing trends , we chose blue for relaxation and orange for energy. Both bedrooms were tailored to suit couples , with complementary colors and designs. Site visits were challenging due to location , but each obstacle was managed , making it a memorable and insightful experience.

Beyond Transit : Revolutionizing Marylebone station VJit:h

shared resources

Design Dissertation, Individual work - 2024 Area: 9113.4 sq. m.

Softwares used for the project - Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Enscape, Procreate.

This thesis began with the idea that creating a grand entrance requ i res bo ld , unconventional design elements. However, through the process, it became clear that grandeur in architecture isn't defined by size or embellishment but by how effectively a space serves its users

This project focuses on redesigning the secondary entrance of Marylebone Station to enhance its functionality and visual appeal whi le addressing the needs of its diverse users. The proposed design introduces features aimed at creating a more meaningful connection between the station and the community. Key elements include a commuter library, allowing travellers to borrow books during their journey , and a "library of things," offering the local community access to infrequently used items. This responds to the spatial constraints of Marylebone's compact homes and fosters a sense of shared resources. By prioritizing user needs and integrating community-centered functions, this project aims to transform the secondary ent ran ce nto a v ita l and engaging space ;

What is Library of Things?

This is where peop e can borrow I rent stuff they cannot affo rd to own or do not need to purchase for occasional use or due to expens iv e rates.

How will it Function?

A person can look for any item he/she might be looking for , which comes under the genera category of 'oc casiona lly used item'. There is a 'D spla y screen' where al the items ava il able in the Library of Things wi l be mentioned with a tag for borrow/ rent. If it is rent, the price can also be mentioned.

Further , they can book that it em for themse lves, collect the ticket , and sha re it with the concierge staff , who can fu rthe r he lp take the item from storage or d i sp lay she lf to lend it to the pe rson.

This facility wi l l provide some songs, short stories, or books that can be sat and heard by peop l e who are not nterested in reading or who may have forgotten the ir glasses at home

The audio stat i on can have everyth ng stored in the tabloid and mult i ple headphones placed under the window. The users can come to borrow headphones and play the ir choice on the tab l oid.

This adds one more feature to the space and g i ves people the opportunity to use mu lt ip e ways of ga i n i ng knowledge.

Cardiac Super speciality Hospital

Design Dissertation, Individual work - 2019

Area: 9113.4 sq. m.

Softwares used for the project - Revit (for major drawings), Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Lumion.

Cardiac super specialty was chosen based on study done in SEM-IX, and it was discovered that Cardiac related patients are found in significant numbers in India, particularly in developing regions, due to changing environment, lifestyle, and job stress, hence the site chosen is in a developing region, Vasai.

According to general research and case studies, the health care centres established are barely meeting 403 of the fundamental space needs. However, the hypothesis demonstrates how much the incorporation of natural ingredients may help patients heal faster. As a result, the design idea created responds to both the emotional content of optimism and despair, as well as the practical requirements of therapy and technology.

Residential complex, Professional work - 2020

Area : -7000 sq. m.

Softwares used: AutoCAD, PPT

Scope of work: Preparing CAD plans for building spaces such as stilt and basement parking layouts and creating and navigating flooring layouts for the complex's driveway and parking in the stilt and open areas surrounding the structure. Worked on the specifications for the inte rior design of all four buildings' lobby sections, as well as sma ll but significant modifications to the GFC designs in response to site conditions. The MSH II project consisted of four buildings, each with eight to twelve floors, according to the FSI. Each leve l of the towe rs is comprised of two to three BHK units, 3 & 4. Each apartment is a luxury apartment ranging from 150 to 250 square meters. Penthouses with duplex layouts and large semi-open patio areas we re planned for the higher levels

Radiant Cooling system

Radiant coo li ng systems utilize p 1p1ng , distrib ution pumps and contro l valves to de liv er chilled water to the space via slabs , which p rovides thermal comfort to occupants.

Pumping water is significantly more efficient than using fans to push air , so fan energy is significant ly reduced with this system.

Outside Air System (DOAS), it works as the most efficient and comfo rtable coo li ng system till date.

• Ene rgy efficiency

• Supe rior comfort

• Greater architectural flexibility

• Reduced ope rating and maintenance costs

• More effective cont rol of ventilation
