Duration: 5 hours per session (typically on Sundays)

Summary With the focus on the “collective kitchen”, the Sunday table is revived with the concepts of solidarity, collectivity and reciprocity in the preparation and cooking of food, as well as the promotion of a different food model, in other words, how to consume sustainable quality food, while protecting the environment. Parallel educational activities and informative meetings and recreational activities close to nature frame Sundays. The topics concern Sustainable Agri-Food Systems, From Farm to Plate, Climate and Agri-Food, Urban Cultivation, Environmental Awareness, etc.

Description Welcome & Introduction: Briefing on the theme of the day and group bonding activity. Educational Workshop: A focused discussion or hands-on activity exploring a specific environmental concept. Showcase Through Farming: Short participatory session on gardening, planting, composting, etc. Collective Cooking Session: Preparation of a sustainable meal together, emphasising teamwork, tradition, and learning. Shared Meal: All participants sit and eat together in the spirit of community. No one eats alone. Reflection & Wrap-Up: Open discussion about the experience, what was learned, and how to apply it daily.

Objectives 1.Promote Environmental Education through hands-on experiences. 2.Foster Community Engagement and participation. 3.Develop and share a Sustainable Nutritional Model. 4.Encourage the Exchange of Cultural Heritage through food and stories. 5.Ensure Nobody Eats Alone – building inclusivity and social bonds.

Challenges Need for accessible spaces (public or private) where group cooking is permitted and safe. Weather dependencies for outdoor activities. Need for consistent engagement from facilitators and participants.

Impact Active participation in sustainable cooking practices. Intergenerational and intercultural exchange through food and storytelling. Strengthened sense of community – especially through the “Nobody Eats Alone” principle. Increased awareness of environmental issues and empowerment through practical action.
