Description Participants are introduced to local ecosystems and biodiversity. They take part in guided outdoor sports such as hiking, canoeing, and trail running, alongside practical conservation tasks like trail clean-ups, litter mapping, and identifying invasive species. Group discussions focus on environmental impact and sustainability, and sessions conclude with reflection circles and eco-journaling.

Challenges Physical endurance: Some participants may find activities such as hiking, kayaking, or outdoor tasks physically challenging.
