Case Study of The Dairy Barn in Somerset

The Dairy Barn in Somerset is a dairy-barn-converted summer home in Somerset, England. I hand-rendered a perspective drawing of the buildings’ exterior in addition to digital renders of interior, exterior, floor plans, and elevation drawings using AutoCAD and adding finishing touches in Photoshop.

The Cube

For this project, I was assigned to draw four elevations, one for each wall in the room. After 6 or so drafts, I rendered the final drafts in ink with 3 different line weights to give the viewer a better sense of the alternating depths of the space.

B’nai Abraham Synagogue

I was tasked to draw a historic building in Queen Village neighborhood in Philadelphia using AutoCAD. Before beginning, I went to the physical site and took some general measurements of the facade to render as accurately as possible.
