* The artist reserves the right to reject the commission, if she considers that the theme or concept of it is uncomfortable and inappropriate for her.
*To place your order you must first speak with the artist to confirm her availability and delivery dates.
Payment information
*The artist will start working on your order once the advance payment has been confirmed.
*To order your art or design commission, you must first pay a deposit of at least 50% or 100% of the total cost of your order.
*Payments will be accepted through Paypal (USD)
*Isagu Art's customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 9 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm (Mexico time). Please take this information into consideration. (I DO NO WORK ON SUNDAYS)
*By making your payment, you automatically assume that you accept the terms and conditions of the Isagu Art service.

*Artwork and Designs commission´s process
*The client must provide the artist with all the necessary information and files for the development of his art. He/she should send reference images and explain in detail what he wants for the artwork or design. The client must fill out a question form sent by ISAGU ART before starting the sketching process.
*In the event that you do not have a clear idea of the artwork you need to commission, you will be charged an additional percentage for the following: Idea/concept generation.
*The idea/concept generation includes two initial proposals (two different sketches, where the client must choose one to work from)
*the delivery period may vary depending on the complexity of the art requested and according to the availability of the artist.
*The artist will contact you and will be sending you an update on each stage of the process of your art: sketch, outline, base colors, shading, lights, textures, etc.
*At each stage of the process, the artist will ask for your opinion, to find out if it requires any modification or is approved to continue to the next stage. (please make sure to review every detail very well before giving your approval, additional revisions will be charged to your budget)

*In the sketch stage, it is the stage where the biggest changes will be made, such as: pose, add details or remove details, etc.
Refunds are not allowed. Refunds will only be made in certain situations such as: cancellation of the work by the artist due to external causes such as illness, emergency travel, etc
*The artist will retain the rights to use the commissioned artworks for advertising purposes and to fill out her portfolio.
*About the final files:
*The client must specify before starting his project, the type of files he requires for his art, the resolution and its details.
*The artist will send the client the final files of his art to the email that he/she has provided, always at the end of the work, once the client has paid 100% of the cost of his commission.
*The editable files of each project will be stored for a period of 2 months after the end of the project, after this time, they will be permanently deleted from all Isagu Art hard drives.
