Baked Rotini Recipe

Preparation Directions

Step 1: Cook pasta in salted water for 1-2 minutes less than package suggests.

Step 2: Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.

Step 3: Prepare pasta bake by mixing cooked rotini with tomato sauce, reserved cooking water, egg, and cottage cheese.

Step 4: Pour into 9x13 pan or 2 quart casserole and top evenly with shredded cheese.

Step 5: Bake uncovered, until chese melts and pasta is warmed through, about 30 minutes and serve.
