OAXACA DE JUÀREZ ESCUELA GRECU

El proyecto se encuentra a una cuadra del famoso templo de Santo Domingo de Guzmán en Oaxaca, el concepto tenía como objetivo generar una propuesta de escuela la cual remplazara el edificio localizado entre las calles Cosijopí y Humboldt. La Escuela Grecu cuenta con un diseño surgido a partir de las famosas grecas

de Mitla, viéndose en planta marcadas al

igual que en el diseño de la plaza que se encuentra al exterior del predio. La topografía del terreno tiene una ligera pendiente la cual nos ayudó a darle jerarquía a los elementos más importantes del proyecto.

The project is located one block from the famous temple of Santo Domingo de Guzmán in Oaxaca, the concept was generating a school proposal which would replace the building that was located between Cosijopí and Humboldt streets.

The Grecu School has a design that emerged from the famous greca from Mitla, looking at maradas plant as well as in the design of the square that is outside the property. The topography of the site has a slight slope which helped us to give hierarchy to the most important elements of the project.

MINERÍA 145 CDMX TRIÁNGOLO

Triángolo es una propuesta de un conjunto habitacional mixto que se encuentra entre Viaducto Pdte.

Miguel Alemán y Río Becerra.

En donde se encuentran las antigüas oficinas de ICA. El proyecto cuenta con tres edificios en forma de triángulo que al juntarse forman otro, la planta baja es comercial y cada edificio cuenta con un área de amenidades asi como: gimnasio, spa y salón de eventos.

Triángolo is a proposal of a mixed housing complex that is located between Pdte Viaduct. Miguel Alemán and Río Becerra.

Where are the old ICA offices. The project has three buildings with triangle shapes, when they are all together they form another one.

The ground floor is commercial and each building has an area of amenities as well as: gym, spa and event hall.

CHIBA PREFECTURE, JAPÓN LOTUS CITY HALL

El proyecto Lotus City Hall surge a partir de la remodelación del centro municipal para que no sea solamente un edificio de gobierno, sino que se relacione con el parque que existe enfrente y la estación de metro que se encuntra del otro lado.

La propuesta debía utilizar distintas respuestas de bioclimática para aprovechar el asoleamiento y cubrirse del mismo cuando sea necesario. El reto era adaptarse lo más posible al contexto. El proyecto cuenta con distintas aplicaciones para lograrlo, todos los espacios cuentan con luz natural, y la abertura de la celosía de la fachada depende de la orientación.

The Lotus City Hall project, based on the remodeling of the municipal center, so that it is not only a government building, but also relates to the park in front of it and the subway station on the other side.

The proposal should use different bioclimatic responses to take advantage of the sun and cover it when necessary. The challenge was to adapt as much as possible to the context. The project has different applications to achieve it, all spaces have natural light, and the opening of the latticework of the facade depends on the orientation.

es un Laboratorio Experimental de Cultivo

Urbano, de mampostería que nació de la necesidad de crear un proyecto con impacto positivo en la comunidad. El proyecto permite que las personas de la zona aprendan nuevas técnias agrícolas para el desarrollo de las mismas en sus hogares. El mismo cuenta con un laboratorio para hacer experimentos de plantas y tambien cuenta con un huerto urbano y un área de restaurante y exhibición.

LECU is an Experimental Laboratory of Urban Cultivation, of masonry that was born from the need to create a project with positive impact on the community. The project allows people in the area to learn new agricultural techniques for their development in their homes. It has a laboratory to do plant experiments and also has an urban garden and a restaurant and exhibition area
