I recently had the pleasure of visiting Albuquerque, New Mexico with my husband. He had to be out there for work the week of our second anniversary, so I flew out and spent a few days with him so we could be together to celebrate. While there, we had some of the most amazing dining experiences I can remember at incredibly reasonable prices. I had some trouble finding information about restaurants in Albuquerque, so I wanted to not only commend the restaurants for their excellent service and food but also provide information to others who might be looking for a great meal outside of the usual Southwest cuisine. The outside of this diner looks like an old railroad car, and the theme inside takes you back to a 50's diner. While you are sitting there waiting for your food to arrive the waiters and waitresses will break out singing your favorite songs from the 50's while they are dancing on the counters and tables. The kids will think this is so cool and the adults will no doubt start singing along!
