DESCRIPTION:
The designed apartment building consists of two types of modulesswivel and simple. The building has large areas of operated roof (roof terraces) and vertical landscaping on a wooden frame on the walls and balconies, which has a positive effect on the microclimate of the house. There are several types of apartments in the building, for comfortable accommodation of different families. The building has several levels of height - three, four and five floors, which adds dynamics to the facades.

DESCRIPTION:
The campus modernization project covers only a small area, so the concept of the modernized master plan is to make the most of existing green space for recreation areas between classes, to preserve the functional zoning of the area with a pedestrian zone and temporary parking. The difference in relief is played by steps, which are used as seats, and ramps are built into the structure of the stairs.

ACQUIRED SKILLS:
The еskistic proposal of water bus station was developed on the basis of marine motives, namely the image and form of whales. The idea is to combine simple in construction forms with smooth lines, which resemble the silhouette of a sea beast. The stop is designed to serve maritime modes of transport, such as water trams and serves as a place of waiting and rest.

ACQUIRED SKILLS:
The concept and further development of the interior of the studio kitchen were based on colonial style motifs, namely the use of large light surfaces (white walls) in combination with natural materials (wood, fur), as well as saturation of the interior with decorative elements (authentic statuettes, straw chandeliers, plant and geometric ornaments, ceramic tiles and ceramic elements - vases), the use of a large amount of landscaping in the room.
