A project management application that not only administers and controls the communication between everyone in the design and construction process but provides a subscription service to the client to help the client monitor the project. The application shows live updates of the environmental and occupancy performance of the building, allowing Twelve + (our architecture firm) to make recommendations based on these results. This provides a business model where the company is able to not only keep a client for a period extending beyond the construction process whilst generating a subscription income but provides the ability to 'recycle' buildings in the future, from acquired data that can be commercialised, that would be an integral part of the design/re-use brief.
