Walker Modular has 5 manufacturing plants, 16 production lines and 1,000,000 sq ft of manufacturing facilities employing over 700 skilled craftsmen.

Our composite and steel production lines produce over 700+ units per week and the facilities have the capacity to fulfill over 1500 units per week.

We are a first choice supplier to leading developers and blue chip contractors throughout the UK, across a wide spectrum of sectors. we have our own delivery fleet and Pod transportation process to ensure every unit arrives on site intact and on time.

CASE STUDY

How we helped

A team of specialists were assigned to the project, with skills in many different areas including product design, technical development and project management. Our first task was to create a Cold Rolled Steel Bathroom Pod that could be manufactured in mass volume to facilitate the rapid speed of build envisaged by the contractor. The frames were manufactured and Walker Modular began supplying Bathroom Pods in July 2019 at a rate of approx. 30nr per week.

The Result

Through careful engineering Walker Modular were able to provide a unique bathroom solution to a blue chip client. The client was extremely brave in their choice of high end and high-tech materials for the bathroom construction. The Bathroom Pods were manufactured to an extremely high level of quality and surpassed the client’s expectations.
