“AND ALL THE LIVES WE EVER LIVED AND ALL THE LIVES TO BE ARE FULL OF TREES AND CHANGING LEAVES.”
—Virginia Woolf
I’ve been thinking a lot about change lately. How it often surprises us; how it can take us to exciting places; and how, no matter how it makes us feel, we have to embrace it. As I write this, change is indeed in the air. Not just from chilly nights or the changing leaves, which are busy showing their fall colors, but also here at Oregon Wedding Day , where I have taken up the mantle of editor-in-chief—a.k.a. dream job. My long and wild writing career has led me here to this incredible publication and the incredibly creative Oregon wedding community whose stories I cannot wait to tell.
You’ll find a few of those stories in this Spring/Summer 2026 issue—my first issue at the helm and one brimming with bold colors (page 38), showstopping accessories for every bride (page 50), scenic spots for saying “I do” (page 24) and real romantic tales from newlywed couples (page 83).
Speaking of traveling to exciting places, our feature “Far & Away” (page 40) took us south to Pistol River for a wistful and windswept wedding editorial at Crook Point, led by Amanda Jean PDX Events. What began as a sweet beachfront ceremony setup—here’s where you’ll want to remember that bit about change—quickly morphed into all of us scampering through an unexpectedly rising tide, hoisting the dreamiest florals from Songbird Floristry above our heads and heading for higher ground. In the wedding (and magazine) industry, fear no pivot, so pivot we did. As for something blue, we’re thinking more along the lines of everything blue (page 56), starring the likes of florals, an old-timey phone, precious jewels and more in three trending shades of blue.

As you devour the rest of these pages, you’ll encounter must-visit spa destinations (page 26), perfect scent pairings (page 32) and plenty of sea-inspired moments (page 30). Congratulations are in order for our 2026 Cover Contest winners, Chaltu and Wondi, photographed by Stanlo Photography.
I hope you have as much fun reading this issue as I had curating it. Here’s to change.
With love,

laurenm@irondiamondmedia.com @lauren_irondiamond

As winter gives way to spring across Oregon, it brings new blooms, longer days and the start of another beautiful wedding season. We hope the Spring/Summer 2026 issue of Oregon Wedding Day feels especially full of promise and new beginnings—it certainly does for us.
Jessi and I were especially excited to work with our new editor-in-chief, Lauren Mang, whose eye and love for Oregon shine through every page. Her energy and vision bring a fresh perspective to this issue. She literally jumped in with both feet (IYKYK), and we think you’ll love her as much as we do.
From Southern Oregon’s rugged coastline to the lush vineyards of the Willamette Valley, we were reminded again and again that Oregon is a place where creativity thrives and love stories are told in breathtaking ways. Our team had the pleasure of traveling south to capture the natural beauty of Crook Point for this issue; a destination that perfectly embodies the wild, romantic spirit of the region. While there, we stayed at the serene Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge and were in awe of how its modern amenities blend seamlessly with the tranquility of nature.
As always, this issue includes a peek at how Oregon’s wedding industry celebrates one another. Check out page 14 to relive the magic of the Best of 2025 Awards celebration, “Sky’s the Limit,” held at the beautiful Allison Inn & Spa—an unforgettable night honoring Oregon’s most talented wedding professionals.
Whether you’re newly engaged, knee-deep in planning or simply soaking in Oregon’s love stories, I hope this issue fills you with joy, sparks fresh ideas and connects you to our extraordinary wedding community. As you bring your wedding day to life, we’d love to see your journey unfold. Share it with us by tagging @oregonweddingday . We already know it’s going to be gorgeous.
Big hugs and congratulations on your engagement!

Inspired by Lenox’s “Orchard in Bloom” china collection, this editorial shoot reimagined the rugged Oregon coastline as a garden escape. Set at Pelican Brewing in Pacific City, the design played with contrast—pairing the crisp, powerful energy of the ocean with the softness of florals and fruit-laden details.
For planner Anna Kameshima, leading this project from concept to execution was both creative and personal. “Our model couple was intentionally chosen to bring authentic chemistry to the shoot and to help increase Asian representation in wedding inspiration,” she says. “Styled shoots are an incredible opportunity to experiment creatively, strengthen vendor relationships and push design boundaries.”
The day began at Two Capes Lookout, where the real-life married models shared a quiet morning inside the property’s mirrored domes before their first look. The clean geometry of the space and the muted coastal light created a tranquil start to the day before the scene shifted to the sand.
On the beach, an intimate ceremony framed by dune grass and minimally flowered pillars overlooked Haystack Rock. The arrangements were light and organic in shape, featuring ranunculus, poppies, lilac, hyacinth and amaranthus in a palette of soft whites, peaches and vivid oranges. The bride’s veil lifted in the breeze, her sleek A-line gown with lace detailing standing out against the backdrop of sand and sea.
Following the ceremony, guests would be welcomed to a garden-inspired reception on the oceanfront patio. The tablescape exuded vintage charm—scalloped-edged plates, delicate glassware and fresh fruit woven among airy florals and displayed on dinnerware. Each setting felt intentionally layered, an echo of the “Orchard in Bloom” motif that first sparked the concept.
Unique touches added character throughout the afternoon: hand-painted watercolor portraits offered attendees a fashionable keepsake, and a s’mores cart served playful desserts oceanside. A dome-shaped cutting cake with free-form texture bursting with single-stem blooms carried the same whimsical energy that tied the design together.

Should you be in search of a spot to wed that channels your inner Daisy Buchanan or Jay Gatsby, consider the very glamorous grounds of THE BIRD ESTATE (@thebirdestate) . Opened last summer in Rogue River, the 1920s-inspired, 200-acre estate hosts grand affairs for up to 250 guests across four otherworldly sites: the courtyard, the pool (complete with a private, speakeasy-style lounge), the fountain and the amphitheater with its hidden tropical grotto. Each space is designed to impress—from the Olympic-sized pool with a 30-foot golden statue hoisting a bowl of flickering ceremonial flame, to the lushly landscaped gardens and 40-foot Italian cypress trees, to the neoclassical-style fountain bubbling before 360-degree views of the Rogue Valley. Those panoramic views and the estate’s geometric, Art Deco styling inspired this elevated editorial, where modern architecture meets timeless romance. A fine choice, old sport. —Lauren Mang

Before the big day, there’s nothing like a little self-care, especially when it’s of the wellness variety. Start with a visit to one of Portland’s buzziest new retreats, CASCADA THERMAL SPRINGS + HOTEL (@cascadapdx), where a three-hour day pass will secure you admittance to its collection of relaxing pools, including the subterranean, mineral-rich thermal springs and cold plunge. Enjoy a post-plunge sauna or steam room session, then pop upstairs to The Conservatory, an 82-degree, glass-enclosed respite filled with rare botanical species curated in partnership with the Portland Botanical Garden. If some alone time is more your speed, head to Portland’s ROOT WHOLE BODY (@rootwholebody) , where a private, 30-minute session in its Full Spectrum Far Infrared Sauna awaits. Rather than a traditional cedar sauna experience, infrared therapy heats the body using light waves, delivering gentle infrared warmth that may help relax muscles, detoxify skin and support healthy blood flow—all at a lower, more tolerable temperature. Over at SALISHAN COASTAL LODGE (@salishancoastallodge) on Gleneden Beach, a meditative moment with local plant life is in store with its self-guided Plant Listening experience. Gather the wedding party and book the threebedroom, three-bathroom Jacobsen Suite, which comes equipped with PlantWave, a device that measures biological changes within plants and translates those changes into soothing, plant-generated music. The suite is stocked with plenty of flora for your listening pleasure, but allow us to suggest toting along—then tuning into—a sample of your wedding flowers. —Lauren Mang

NATURAL TEXTURES AND SEA-INSPIRED HUES CREATE A MAGICAL MOMENT AT CANNON BEACH
For Ricky and Astrid, what began as a fortuitous swipe right turned into dancing the night away, sharing a first kiss underneath the stars and eventually going on a second date hiking through the Tillamook State Forest. After an unexpected downpour, the pair ventured to a thrift store near the coast in search of dry outfits. And it was the coast where they spent the rest of their date, walking along the shore and relishing their newfound love.

The couple’s whirlwind romance (including adopting a cat) led to an elopement at Cannon Beach, where they opted for a relaxed, nontraditional celebration that reflected their values—from thrifted attire to collaborating with queer-owned businesses—and featured details inspired by the quiet magic of the sea.

“The day wouldn’t have been complete without the ocean,” says photographer and officiant Darla Maxine. “Hand in hand, running along the shore, laughing as the waves crashed around them, [they were swept] into a moment that felt wild, free and entirely their own.”
Floral designs featured locally grown blooms that echoed the softness and fluidity of the waves, while an elegant, draped tablescape was set amid the sand with Haystack Rock as the perfect backdrop. “If you’ve ever dreamed of a peaceful day—free of pressure, timelines or guest list dilemmas—just do it and elope,” Maxine says. “It’s more than okay to celebrate your love in the way that feels true to you.”

“A staple trend that still holds strong year over year is family-style dinner service. It evokes a true feeling of celebration and connection between the guests and the meal in an elevated way without feeling overly stuffy or casual. It sparks conversation and creates warmth during the reception, plus the tablescape can be elegant and inviting, which adds to the overall style and feel of the day.” — Katie Kearn, general manager
(@thehivecateringco)
“Right now, we are all about charcuterie coupes. In lieu of charcuterie grazing tables at some venues where bees or heat can be a major factor, we have done these both passed and as little charcuterie towers—think champagne tower but with snacks instead of bubbles. They’re also so much easier for guests to pick up and go since they’re already individually portioned, allowing them to spend more time mingling and less time plating at the grazing station. They’re fun, adorable and super practical.” — Ashley Hunt, owner

(@bowtiecatering)
“We are getting a lot of requests for plant-based healthy options, lean meats and inquiries for different cuisines such as Pan-Asian, Mexican, Italian and Mediterranean. Couples are adopting a more flexible approach, emphasizing quality over quantity, while prioritizing sustainability and embracing guests’ food restrictions. We’re moving away from standardized meals in favor of tailored approaches, including flavorful grazing tables, fully customized food stations and signature drinks that reflect their unique style.” — Sanda Costello, founder

(@elephantsdeli)
“A wedding trend we’re thoroughly enjoying is creative grazing tables. A natural riff on the increased popularity of charcuterie boards, grazing tables allow the caterer and client to create a visual statement piece well in advance of the wedding cake. Grazing tables create a sense of abundance and give the hosts an opportunity to insert creative culinary touches for their guests.”

BATHED IN STRUCTURAL AND TONAL DESIGN, THIS DESIGN COMBINES MODERNITY AND FEMININITY
District Wine Bar’s sleek, industrial architecture became the canvas for an editorial design bursting with color and fearless creativity. Created by Cedar & Silk Moments, Freckled Fleurs and Lily & Horns Photo during Pride Month and featuring a real couple, the shoot, fittingly called “This is What Love Looks Like,” was envisioned as an ode to unapologetic self-expression.
The creative direction leaned into the Medford venue’s clean lines and metallic textures, using contrast as its central design language. Every element struck a balance between softness and edge.

At the table, color and shape led the conversation. A modern palette of grapefruit pink, chartreuse and mint gave the tablescape a lively cadence, while citrus punctuated the blossoms with sculptural, dimensional charm. Each item displayed texture on texture, progressing heights and pops of pastel—scalloped napkins, dynamic candles and black lamps that cast a moody glow across reflective surfaces. The effect was artful and unrestrained: a masterclass in contemporary design created with joy.
The cake design mirrored this expressive energy through abstract piping and unexpected accents—from winding and dotted fruits to edible blooms and curling “garlicscapes” that played like brushstrokes.
Even the fashion styling echoed the creative tone. One look paired a structured mini dress with bright platform heels; the other, a tailored black ensemble with Gucci loafers.

AN EPIC AFFAIR PERCHED HIGH ON THE ETHEREAL CLIFFS OF CROOK POINT
Design & Planning: Amanda Jean PDX Events
Florals: Songbird Floristry
Photography: Megan VanDoran
Text: Lauren Mang
Venue: Crook Point

Coastal weddings are stunning, but wind, sun and even tide changes can impact the setup, so plan for the ELEMENTS . Keep décor flexible, invest in sturdy structures and consider guest COMFORT with shaded areas or blankets and heaters, depending on the day or location. And, of course, embrace the natural beauty. It will ELEVATE every photo and moment.
Amanda Bloom, Amanda Jean PDX Events
–
On Southern Oregon’s windswept coast, with its majestic sea stacks and crashing waves, there is a secluded oceanfront escape that feels as if you’ve stepped into a dream. That dreamy locale is Crook Point, a family-owned, 3,000-acre working ranch that has played wellpolished host to countless happily-ever-afters since it opened its doors for weddings and events in 2018.
It was here, high atop Sandstone Point (one of the venue’s six seafacing wedding spots), that this intimate ceremony and reception editorial came to life. “Sandstone Point evokes a sense of magic the moment you arrive,” says Crook Point president Kathleen CrookO'Donnell. “With its sweeping coastal views, dramatic cliffs and golden light, it feels as though you’re the only one in the world, yet it’s just steps away from the comfort of our nearby lodging. More than a venue, it’s an experience and a place where love stories unfold against the stunning backdrop of the Southern Oregon coast.”
The playful yet elegant design, created by Amanda Jean PDX Events, featured a harmonious mix of coastal colors, including ivory, butter yellow, emerald, light blue and chartreuse. “We wanted guests to feel a sense of awe and warmth like they’ve stepped into a space that’s both breathtakingly beautiful and welcoming,” says owner Amanda Bloom. “It should feel thoughtfully personal, inviting and celebratory all at once.”
Floral creations (starring calla lily, amaranth, delphinium, ferns and zebra grass, to name a few) looked to the sea for inspiration. “I wanted to create a ceremony [floral] design that echoed the feeling of rising and crashing waves that dissipate to the foamy edge of the tide,” says Robyn Hunter, founder and lead designer at Songbird Floristry. “The taller grasses and delphinium helped create the sense of height and volume, with waves of cardoon spilling down to build movement. Pools of fuzzy gomphrena represented the sea foam.”

Rather than traditional seating, stylish, low-slung ottomans created a relaxed, lounge-like atmosphere to encourage guest connection, while maintaining unobstructed ceremony sightlines.

Inspired by the IDYLLIC beauty of the Oregon coast, the stationery and signage were designed to echo the landscape’s quiet elegance. Luminous hues and ORGANIC textures evoke a childlike sense of discovery, from RIPPLING water and fresh moss, to shimmering shells and endless sky. Each element was crafted to capture the WONDER of exploring the coast.
– Jolene Zaniewski, Trellis Creative Co.

For a very on-trend, statement-making tablescape, the team positioned florals between two 16-foot-long tables, creating a layered, immersive effect. Those playful striped, green napkins? A total day-of decision. “Sometimes it’s fun to just bring pieces together, play and see what naturally works,” Bloom says. “Overall, we aimed for something natural that complemented the coastal setting, reflecting the raw beauty of Sandstone Point and the serene energy of the sea.”

We used a combination of FLOWERS from our fiveacre farm in Scholls, as well as imports from abroad, to create a presentation that reflected both a MODERN , airy aesthetic while honoring our SEED-TO-CENTERPIECE approach that is the foundation of our creative practice.
– Robyn Hunter, Songbird Floristry

Dreamed up by Banquette, this striking cake tapped into the area’s untamed terrain, featuring pearls and abstract waves that recalled organic shapes and wildlife found in the ocean.

Three trending shades of blue—light, dusty and midnight. Three ways to make them the star colors of your big day. Consider this your invitation to go all in.

Wistful light blue hues create a romantic feel here, where a stationery suite from Letters & Dust mingles with treasures from Maloy’s Jewelry and blooms from Page Elliott.

“The dusty blue tone felt right for an elevated, monochromatic look with added dimension,” says Katie Kearn, owner of Portland Event & Design. “The dramatic cake from Lux Sucre and the audio guest book from After the Tone were perfect for achieving that layered aesthetic.”

Elegance meets effortless fun in bold shades of midnight. This look channels party vibes and late-night reception energy with playful elements, divine sapphire-and-diamond jewels and blueberry-topped coupes of champagne.

We have catered for heads of state, captains of industry, bonafide bon ton, world-class artists, academics, athletes, and one archbishop. But most importantly, we’ve catered for thousands of folks just like you and me - everyday movers and shakers with discriminating palates and dreams of a perfect party that doesn’t necessarily have to break the bank.

Only the very best is fit to be called Devil’s Food. In culinary lingo, to be “deviled” is to be a bit beyond the ordinary — perhaps a little indulgent or a touch spicy… extra special. We draw our inspirations from across the map and all around the globe; old cookbooks, hot new restaurants, the nearest farmers markets, and even distant childhood memories might set us down a path of delicious discovery. Our team of classically trained chefs, experienced event planners, and savvy servers all bring the same level of uncompromising, high standards to every dish we make and every event we execute. Our custom menus are always seasonal, locally sourced, and meticulously handmade. The food itself is approachable but elegant, sophisticated but not stuffy, beautiful, and always unfailingly delicious.
That’s what it means to be Devil’s Food.

More than any other decorative media, Lighting establishes the visual language of an event. It can create an ambiance of celebration, drive your theme, tell your story, and support the event in a bold, definitive, and memorable way.
Why is lighting important to special events? Look at it this way: Why spend the most important day of your life in a dull space that could look amazing, if only it had great lighting?
To this end, we provide full service, award-winning lighting production for events of all kinds, with our favorite specialty being weddings! We approach every wedding as a custom, original design...even if it’s just a few uplights or some café strings…we want to make it as unique to YOU as we can. We take great pride in tying in your colors, style, and theme to our approach, and in making good venues look fantastic and great venues look even greater! Most importantly, we do it all without making your life difficult: Our services are completely turnkey. You can just enjoy your day, knowing that the lighting is going to be stunning!
If you need your colors to pop, nothing does it like lighting. If you want to repaint a wall, again; lighting can do that quickly. And don’t forget, the light fixtures themselves can be part of your event’s decoration…we carry not just theatrical fixtures such as uplights, effects lighting, and projection fixtures, we also have a broad variety of decorative options from chandeliers and pendants, to wireless tabletoppers, to vintage filament bulbs and string lighting.

The scenic views of The Griffin House were even more striking as warm rays of light created a dreamy backdrop for the happy couple’s outdoor ceremony. Kylee stunned the crowd (all with parasols in hand) as she floated down the aisle in her simple, strapless gown, carrying a bouquet of white roses. Framed by modern podiums topped with lush, monochromatic floral arrangements of hanging anthurium and hydrangeas, the pair exchanged vows, becoming husband and wife in a picture-perfect setting. At the reception, tablescapes featured vibrant shades of green against crisp white linens, with luscious figs, juicy grapes and bright citrus lending an unexpected flair. Guests were prompted with conversation cards to encourage connections, while tapered candles flickered and reflected against the large disco ball installation suspended overhead—a spirited hint of the party to come. Kylee then slipped into a partyready and ultra-trendy mini dress with a matching scarf before stepping out onto the dance floor. And don’t forget the swag: Guests donned oversized sunglasses and disco ball necklaces to celebrate Kylee and Tyler in style. —Ryley S. Hoff

Married & Celebrated: EASTON BROAD, PORTLAND
Date: SEPTEMBER 22, 2024

Shelby and Z first met while working at a tasting room in Vancouver, Washington. And on a sun-splashed day in late September, tucked in a window seat of a charming 1913 home, they shared their first look. The pair wed during a heartfelt ceremony at Easton Broad, each walking down the aisle with colorful bouquets they handcrafted from dahlias and blooms growing in their garden. Family members and close friends were invited to participate in a handfasting ceremony, adding colorful rope by colorful rope—representing the LGBTQ+ community—around the couple’s joined hands until they were bound together in a rainbow. The officiant spoke of the special meaning behind each color as it was placed. Post-ceremony, Shelby and Z returned to their getting-ready spot for a private moment, where they exchanged vows on a porch swing, then clinked glasses over a charcuterie picnic. The evening continued in grand fashion with dinner, cake (complete with a sweet, silhouetted cake topper symbolizing the two and their cats) and toasts aplenty. The even sweeter finale? A sunset dance together in the streets of Portland. —Lauren Mang

Married & Celebrated: HAWK CREEK GALLERY, NESKOWIN
Date: JULY 5, 2025

After more than 10 years together, Rachel and Jacob celebrated their love with an intimate wedding at Hawk Creek Gallery. Playful stationery featuring illustrations of seashells, sardines, starfish and oysters set the tone for a fête that embraced the charming aesthetics of coastal Oregon. Starting the day with bubbles by the beach, the couple readied themselves at a nearby oceanfront getaway home with the help of their closest friends and family. Jacob’s sagegreen three-piece suit was a stylish extension of the wedding’s colors, while Rachel’s simple, square-neck gown exuded classic elegance. Airy blooms lining the aisle of their outdoor ceremony burst forth from the ground, while a swirling breeze created a romantic scene—Rachel’s veil billowed in the wind as the pair sealed their vows with their first kiss as husband and wife. During the tented reception, more flowers—in stunning shades of butter yellow and lilac— were perched atop the tables and bar. Gold-rimmed pearlescent oyster shells served as place cards, set against delicate seafoam-green-tinted glass charger plates. In the center of it all, and lit by twinkling string lights, a checkerboard dance floor was prepped for plenty of evening revelry. For a sweet finish: cannolis and slices of lovingly handmade, berry-topped cake. —Ryley S. Hoff

Date: JULY 25, 2025

A culmination of a years-long relationship built on deep friendship, shared values and genuine connection, Emalee and Josh’s colorful wedding day at Youngberg Hill Inn & Winery was a direct reflection of the pair’s laid-back nature and true love for their community. Aiming for a celebration that wasn’t overly polished, the beauty of Oregon’s Willamette Valley provided the perfect setting for an organic, story-driven experience. Emalee’s classic A-line gown, adorned with a touch of lace, stood out against the array of summery colors and textures worn by her bridal party. The groom and groomsmen leaned into complementary tones, dressed in refined, cream-hued suits. In a unique and modern altar space, a variety of vases, each holding colorful bouquets, were scattered at different heights among rectangular podiums. After witnessing an authentic exchange of vows against the winery’s sweeping views, each guest was gifted a handwritten note of thanks that also guided them to their tables. The indoor reception was brimming with whimsical details, including pops of orange and pink florals. A linen embossed with the phrase “Just Married” was draped over the edge of the newlyweds’ sweetheart table, while the grand floral vases from the ceremony were repurposed into a one-of-a-kind backdrop. In lieu of traditional aesthetics, their mini wedding cake was decorated with orange frosting spelling out, “Go Beavs!” A tasty nod to the couple meeting at Oregon State University, bringing Emalee and Josh’s love story full circle. —Ryley S. High in the pines of Sunriver, Shannon and Jeffrey’s alfresco celebration kicked off an Oregon summer in unforgettable style. The couple envisioned a day that felt warm and truly alive—where rustic log cabin charm met the vibrance of seasonal blooms. Guests arrived to the scent of pine and the sound of a babbling brook that played backdrop to the lush floral arbor framing the altar. Bursts of pinks, peaches and creams danced in the sunlight, while soft petals were scattered down the aisle and the surrounding woods, and brush and reeds lent their shades of green to the “I do’s.” Cocktail hour spilled effortlessly from lawn to lodge, creating a natural transition from the vast outdoors to the cozy interior. Attendees mingled around Ikebana-style floral arrangements, chatting and sipping in a space illuminated by streaming sunlight, café lights and flickering candles. When Shannon and Jeffrey took the floor for their first dance, they held the attention of their nearest and dearest with the precision of professionals. Married & Celebrated: MARYHILL MUSEUM OF ART, GOLDENDALE
Date: JUNE 14, 2025

When Hannah and Daniel met on their first day of college, they were instantly smitten. The creative duo bonded over their shared love of collaborating on passion projects—rebuilding old cars, producing podcasts, starting a music production company, to name a few. However, their ultimate collaborative endeavor was their summer wedding at the Maryhill Museum of Art, an eclectic Beaux-Arts-style jewel overlooking the Columbia River Gorge (and one of the bride’s favorite childhood spots to visit). More than 120 friends and family gathered outside on the museum’s rolling green lawn as Hannah, clad in a strapless, linen gown and custom veil, walked down the aisle toward her emotional beloved. She carried a bold bouquet of amaranthus, draping orchids, laceleaf, celosia, sweet pea, roses, peonies and ranunculus; its stems clasped via a meaningful gold bracelet. In lieu of boutonnière, Daniel designed custom-printed silk pocket squares for himself and his groomsmen. Once vows were exchanged, the speakeasystyle reception hummed to life, treating guests to Hannah’s talents—from the bar she hand-built to the silk signage she made and the custom cocktails she created. The couple’s love for music—Daniel is a San Diego-based musician and sound engineer—ensured the reception was a true party, with live music performances by their friends in the industry, and a surprise, two-song appearance by the groom on drums. The night was full of dancing, music and loved ones celebrating Hannah and Daniel’s next chapter. —Isabelle Keller

When planning their wedding, Ashley and Jaxson knew what they wanted: an authentic celebration that felt intentional and rooted in their style as a couple. They chose to marry at the sprawling Wind Mountain Ranch, an idyllic setting near the Columbia River Gorge, where they exchanged their vows on a dock over a charming pond. A burst of white blooms formed their altar, while ceremony florals were kept minimal to let the surrounding scenery shine. Inside, personalized details abounded. Tablescapes paid tribute to Ashley’s home state of Alaska, featuring moss harvested from the Tongass National Forest paired with earthy accents of grapes, artichokes and limes. The menu included a few personalized goodies, too, with eats such as Greek-style kebabs in a nod to the groom’s heritage. To channel their love for country flair, they opted to bring a few Western elements into the mix, such as cowboy hats for newly appointed reception table captains, and a custom cowgirl hat for the bride. Guests signed the couple’s deck of cards guest book (an homage to their shared interest in a little harmless gambling), then kicked up their heels, rounding out the evening with Greek dancing and shots of ouzo. —Isabelle Keller

For college sweethearts Amanda and Sam, it was love at first sight when they met. Over the next decade, the pair’s relationship grew until October 2023, when, on vacation in New York City, Sam proposed in Central Park. Both the couple’s parents and Amanda’s brother surprised them with an engagement celebration. Then the fun truly began: planning their wedding. Amanda and Sam knew they wanted a day filled with love that emphasized a timeless and elegant aesthetic. A neutral palette of white and gold adorned their signage, linens and stationery, contrasted by a mix of bright florals—think sunset hues of pink and coral roses, peach ranunculus and white lisianthus. Prior to the ceremony, guests took their seats, glasses of champagne in hand, while the bride and groom’s favorite songs set the vibe. The intimate vineyard ceremony took place beneath a classic white gazebo brimming with bright flowers and featured personal vows and a close family friend as the officiant. For anyone feeling misty, handkerchiefs embroidered with “happy tears” were at the ready. Amanda wore a romantic strapless gown with a stunning corset, and Sam donned a classic charcoal gray suit, his bright boutonnière the perfect counterpart to his bride’s colorful bouquet. Later, guests danced the night away, lived it up in the photobooth and took home custom matchbooks. As the reception came to an end, the night continued with an after party; no one was quite ready to stop celebrating the newlyweds. —Isabelle Keller

Married & Celebrated: THE OREGON COAST
Date: MAY 20, 2025

The Southern Oregon Coast, with its beautiful landscapes, slower pace and peacefulness, was what drew Olivia and Bryan to elope in the great outdoors. Their two-day, coastal fairytale of a wedding began high above the Pacific at Sisters Rock State Park, where they exchanged vows against a backdrop of rolling waves. Olivia, dressed in a fitted high-neck gown with a detachable tulle train, carried a bouquet crafted mostly of ferns and other greenery. When the wind caught her train, it created a surreal and wistful scene. Post-ceremony, the pair jaunted off in their getaway car, an open-roofed Jeep that was perfect not only for exploring the Pacific Northwest terrain, but also for an impromptu parking-lot dance party that earned a few celebratory honks from passing cars. Day two was reserved for exploring the wilderness, where Olivia was fearless about getting her dress dirty, which led to snapping several magical photos of them deep in the forest. —Isabelle Keller
