THE RECEPTION

Every private event at Iron City is completely custom and pricing varies. Base pricing includes two parts: room rental fee and food and beverage minimum The room rental covers a variety of amenities which are listed below. The food and beverage minimum is the minimum dollar amount you must spend on pre-sold catering and bar services The food and beverage minimum is in addition to the room rental fee and must be paid in full prior to the event.

Local McEwen & Sons Grits served in a glass with choice of Andouille Sausage, Red Onions, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Fresh Chives, Shredded Cheese, and Roasted Sweet Peppers. Add Herb Poached Gulf Coast Shrimp for $4.

Mashed Potato Cocktails

Buttermilk Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes with your favorite toppings served in a martini glass. Features Crispy Bacon, Fresh Chives, diced Red Onions, Shredded Cheese, and Sour Cream.

A consumption bar is an open bar package where you will be billed for each alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage consumed during the event. You also have the option to set a monetary cap on the bar, which helps to fit any budgetary needs. Once the cap has been met, you will have the choice to extend the tab or switch to a cash bar. A credit card must be on file prior to event and will be billed within 3 business days for any additions to the consumption bar tab.
