Archery Camp

This camp off ers an introduc on to Scholas c 3D Archery with basic instruc on in equipment usage and safety. Cer fi ed S3DA instructors will guide archers of all skill levels on form, technique, shoo ng, range rules, archer e que e, and scoring for Indoor and 3D disciplines. Instruc on will be centered around the following: respect, teamwork, sportsmanship, natural consequences, mental management, hand-eye coordina on, self-awareness, and pa ence. A mini tournament with awards will be held on the last day of camp.

Kayak Camp

Campers will spend three days exploring the river and learn the fundamentals of paddling. Outdoor Adventure Camp

Calling all young adventurers! Come join Saluda Shoals Park Rangers for three days full of explora on and extreme outdoor fun. From fort building to kayaking to tubing the Saluda River, everyone will learn outdoor skills, make friends, and have the best adventure of the summer. Fees include all equipment and snacks.

PLAY en el Verano: Play-Based Spanish & Nature Immersion Camp

Children learn best about the world around them through play. Our program encourages child(ren) to explore nature through self-directed play. We will have open-ended materials to accompany play and will explore summer (el Verano) in both Spanish and English! Sailing Camp Adventure & Naviga on

This course is designed for those who want to be on the water but are not interested in racing. Boaters will sail Op s, Open Skiff s, C420s, and Sunfi sh, and also learn to sail keel boats. They will explore naviga on, boat mechanics, environmental awareness, and will sail to local points of interest. Prereq.: Beginner/Intermediate Sailing, or previous sailing experience.

Sailing Camp Beginner Op mist (under 110 lbs.)

This course will teach the basics of rigging a boat, boat handling, sailing fundamentals, seamanship (knots, weather, etc.), sportsmanship, water safety, and an introduc on to the sport of sailing. Instruc on is done in CSC’s single sailor Op mist sailboats.

Readers & Writers Theatre Camp

Par cipants will learn the basics of script wri ng and reading expression and fl uency to convey the feelings and emo ons of characters. Instructors will work to help improve campers reading and wri ng abili es in a fun non-threatening atmosphere. Par cipants will read a variety of roles and interpret characters feelings through their ac ons and words; write a short script to support a larger performance; and play games to build rela onships with peers and to promote crea vity. The camp will culminate in a performance wri en and designed by the par cipants. Taught by Teresa Randolph.

Eureka Science Adventures Stem Challenges Camp

Eureka Science Adventures is on a mission to create STEMulating learning experiences for children in grades 3-5. Arcade Game Design – STEM for Kids

This camp helps par cipants learn coding by designing Retro style arcade games that are then downloaded and played on handheld controllers.
