To provide more direct support to organisations, IRM established IRM Advisory, a boutique consultancy and wholly owned subsidiary of the Institute of Risk Management IRM Advisory provides expert insights and practical guidance, working closely with clients to integrate risk thinking into their culture and decision-making processes
