Abstract— Visually impaired people face many challenges in their day today life such a picking up clothes of their interest, our system will help them to assist in this task and works in an effort to encourage their individuality without any human interaction. Matching clothes is a challenging task for many impaired people; The use of an efficient computer based system to match clothes with multiple colors and complex patterns helps visually impaired people and blind people to distinguish between pattern and their color information. There are three main components in our methodology for detecting clothes Color and their Pattern detection, we develop the computer based system that detect the cloth pattern and their color, in that the pattern and color is recognize on the based of RGB color scheme. To evaluate effectiveness of the given system we used different image comprising technique to analysis the cloth pattern and their color.
this task with the help of their family members by wearing clothes with a uniform color or without any patterns.. Thus, object colors determined from camera image may not always correspond perfectly to those reported by a human observer. Secondly, shadows and wrinkles may be confused as part of the texture patterns or imagery of the clothing and thus cause errors. Lastly, many clothes have designs with complex patterns and multiple colors, so it is difficult for identifications. Our system overcomes these issues, to give blind people greater independence to carry out certain tasks that they are unable to perform unaided. 1.2 Problem Overview To provide an efficient algorithm that is both effective and economical in performing the cloth pattern detection task without compromising on lighting, wrinkles or orientation parameters. For visually handicapped people support is important in their daily life and participation in a society. Assistive systems of different kinds are being developed for the visually impaired people to improve the life quality and safety of these people including navigation and way finding, display reading, banknote recognition, rehabilitation, and many more.XiaodongYang developed a system for blind people to select clothes based on cloth pattern and colors in a cloth shop independently.

1.1 Background Based on statistics from the World Health Organization(WHO), there are more than 161 million visually impairedpeople around the world, and 37 million of them are blind.According to the World Health Organization (WHO), lowvision is defined as visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye with best correction possible (WHO. 2004). At the same time, approximately 10% of the male population in Europe suffers from some form of vision deficiency(blindness), the most usual case being an inability to distinguish between certains colors Color plays an important role in the everyones life so its important to weare our faviroute color when we want . Normally sighted people use as the basis of a number of everyday tasks, for example matching socks, matching shoes, choosing between different clothes. Choosing clothes with suitable colors and patterns is a challenging task for blind or visually impaired people. They manage

Clothing pattern recognition is a camera-based paradigm system that acknowledges covering patterns in four classes (plain, striped, pattern less, and irregular) and identifies eleven covering colors currently. Choosing clothes with suitable colors and patterns is a challenging task for blind or visually impaired people. They manage this task with the help of their family members.
