Hi everyone
Things feel really busy again at the moment so I hope that you are all ok and coping well. Our summer flew by in a blur, didn’t it? Well, mine did anyway The clocks went back last weekend and the days are getting shorter. It will be Christmas and New Year before we know it.
In this month’s edition, we will have updates on Softworks, the Values Reviews and the recent Commissioner’s Conference so do please read on.

We continue to make progress with the full implementation of Softworks. All staff now have access and colleagues in England are busy preparing to start using the e-rostering tool. We will, of course, ensure that we check and double check everything so that when we ‘go live’ with payroll, there will be few errors/queries At the moment we are doing what we call ‘parallel payruns’ which are dummy pay runs which let us check alignment. We’ll do this a few times before we go live with that aspect of the system. Huge thanks to all the Managers who are currently busy working on the system to ensure that the launch is conducted seamlessly.

The Wellbeing Hub has had a revamp! The page is available to you whether you’re at home or in work so that you can access support for your wellbeing wherever you are. Let’s take a look at what is on the Wellbeing Hub page
