If, however, a Contract is awarded to this Offeror because of or in connection with the submission of this data, the Government shall have the right to duplicate, use, or disclose the data to the extent provided in the resulting contract. The data subject to the restriction is contained in all sheets of this proposal.

It is recommended that you add the Signature of an Authorized Signatory of your company at the end of the cover letter, acknowledge amendments, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
