HI, i have been interested in architecture since high school, so i decided after passing to continue the study in this field. 5 years of studying in collage make me understand the architecture is alot of aspect and i can enjoy the process and now i am very exicting to continue my journey in architecture and i hope architecture can make my life more meaning.

The Green Valley INFORMATION Type : Mix use building.

Location : Surabaya, east java.

Site area : 28.274 m�.

Years : 2018 Design concern : "Integrated Building"

PROJECT BRIEF The main objective of this mixed use building is to aim for a high-rise building as a synergy between multi-functions, where all facilities designed as a source of income must support and complement each other by avoiding competition between facilities so that they are collaborative and can contribute to good income.

Green valley in the Surabaya city

ABOUT THE SITE The site location is at the main access to the city center of Surabaya, precisely in front of Ahmad Yani Street. This road is surrounded by office and commercial buildings so it is very appropriate that this location was chosen when considering its land function. Around the site there are not too many tall buildings so this building can later become a new landmark at the entrance to the city of Surabaya.

Strategy

Main concept The Green Valley concept is an integrated building with several functions at once. a tall building that can image from the surrounding elements and can be a consumer attraction (millennial generation)

Valley Connection valley Connects the site to other major building to maximize circulatory activity and provide a place to refresh the mind.

Sense of Place Exploiting the potential of the site to become a cultural and community hub with public space.

MASING PROCCES

Mix use Creating a mix of uses to cater to the demands of the neighborhood and space requirements.

Green Pockets The large undeveloped space can be used as a green pocket to have a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

Sound of Harmoni INFORMATION Type : Museum & Exhibit.

Location : Surabaya, east java.

Site area : 10.178 m².

Years : 2019 Design concern : "Exibition Space"

PROJECT BRIEF Urbanity and globality make people start leaving culture and lack of facilities and activities to prevent this. Surabaya is one of the urban cities which has an impact on decreasing nationalism due to globalization. local arts or culture are deemed insufficient.

Angklung art, which is one of the arts that has succeeded in introducing Sundanese culture and bringing the name of Indonesia to foreign countries.

ABOUT THE SITE The site location is close to Taman Apsari and Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Taman Apsari as one of the public spaces in Surabaya is visited by many millennials. as well as several cultural heritage buildings that have the potential to support the potential for cultural tourism.

Main concept The concept of Sound of Harmoni is to become a new public space that re-enhances the love of the homeland of young people by providing space for activities and being creative young people in expressing love for this country.

Strategy Connection Coridor The corridor will connect the Apsari park area with public facilities on Jalan Basuki Rachmat

Additional Public Space This seating area is in response to the site adjacent to the apsari garden.

Stage Performance The stage is the center of public activity and becomes a place for young people to express themselves in the works they display

Exibiton The exhibition about angklung is expected to be a trigger to become more fond of this country's work

Imogiri Museum INFORMATION Type : Museum & Exhibit.

Location : Bantul, DIY. Site area : 9.556m².

Years : 2020 Design concern : "Exibition Space"

PROJECT BRIEF Yogyakarta Special Region as an area that is rich in artistic and cultural aspects, one of which is painting. Bounced there is a Girisapto tomb specifically for artists. Unfortunately, the works of the buried artists are unknown to the wider community.

This is because at this time the public and tourists rarely have the opportunity to be able to watch their paintings, unless an exhibition is being held.

ABOUT THE SITE This location is on low contour land with a fairly shady surrounding area and its location is close to the Girisapto tomb. The girisapto grave is also quite frequently visited by tourists as a form of appreciation for the works of art that have been produced by the people who have been buried there. The site location is also not too far from the city center so it is suitable to be a new tourist destination.

Strategy

Main concept The main concept of this museum building apart from being a place to exhibit works of painting is a building that expresses aspects of locality as well as modern aspects into its design.

Traditional Form the form of the museum building will be based on the traditional form of local buildings. The traditional form is taken from the joglo semar tinandhu building.

Sense of Place Exploiting the potential of the site to become a building that responds to the surrounding environment.

Factory of Life IMAGINE that highly POLLUTED industrial area become THE GREENEST area

BACKGROUND ISSUE For last several years, the industry has developed very rapidly and has spread widely in several major cities of Indonesia. It brings many benefits for humanʼs lives such as providing jobs, producing products needed by society, activating the circle of trade which lead to the economic growth of certain region.

Surabaya, as the starting point where the industry grows up in the East zone, is currently experiencing a very rapid growth. These developments trigger the emergence of industries in neighboring cities. this phenomenon is depicted like mangrove roots that spread and bind many things around.

Factories take too many spaces in the city. The area is almost equal to the total area of commercial, office and public facilities. Unfortunately, it cannot be used as a public space or playground for urban communities. You can play in commercial zones, offices, education safely and comfortably, but you are not able to play in the industry area safely without any worries.
